We were left alone until it was obvious that we needed advice at which time a member of staff approached us. He talked us through our choice then set up the purchase. Very helpful and no pressure at any time.

The service from ordering the carpet in…
The service from ordering the carpet in store, to the 2 carpet fitters was incredible. The ordering process was seamless. On the day of fitting the fitters called in advance to advise arrival time before fitting started I was walked through the whole fitting process as it was a tartan carpet the 2 guys could not have been better and the carpet looks amazing and is exceptional quality. Have never used sterling home for carpet before but certainly will from now on.

Really friendly and accommodating sales…
Really friendly and accommodating sales staff. Communicated everything well in regards to the purchase. Gave us lots of help when collecting our furniture from the store and loading it into our car. Nothing was too much trouble! We'll definitely be back!

From the moment we walked into the store, the sales assistant gave us sterling support. We were buying a reclining chair for my disabled husband, and thanks to her assessment of our needs and his build she led us to the perfect buy. Untrustworthy company
Spent over 2.5K on a reclining 3 seater sofa as sales team assured us it was solid and supportive for back pain. After a few months the seat unit and lumber region was non existent. Customer services took a month to send out an engineer to Inspect it, he took one look at couch and said the manufacturer was well known for putting just a couple of inches on foam in the seat and lumbar region, but as this still classified as within acceptable wear and tear, sterling home refused to help us. We complained again as after 8 months it was totally unusable and another engineer was dispatched and we were still told it was acceptable. We contacted trading standards who said it was not acceptable to be having no support in a couch within a year and customer services basically said, ok then prove it!!!! The stress was not worth the attitude of customer services or their lack of common sense or basically being called a liar. Will never use them again and had to buy a new couch after 8 months.
