Disgusting staff and unsafe for disabled people
Dunfermline branch - staff were laid across sofas on their phones on arrival one was even vaping. No greeting to myself as a disabled customer in fact the complete opposite seeing as a few members of staff found it amusing when I struggled to get up off a sofa I was testing which led to me leaving the store and a male staff member following me out to my mobility car and opening my door to ask “ what’s the problem that you left”
Really weird environment and staff never experienced such creepy behaviour in my life not to mention discrimination big attitudes for a bunch of people on minimum wage, also the girl with the ginger frizzy hair should tidy herself up what an eye sore the place is. Staff vaping in the store all huddled together is a next level of unprofessional

Carpet Purchase
Firstly I went to the Dunfermline Store for a new carpet and was told you will have to come back tomorrow as there no one here.
Returned next day ordered carpet- fine, also advised change of email address - everything still coming to old one.
Received a text to call (no number given), you have to look that up yourself. Tried on Saturday 5 times but just kept ringing. Phoned on Monday, got through straight away girl explained they don't work Saturday - surely there should be a message to that effect in the text. Paid for carpet, organised fitting and was told invoice would follow by e-mail - a week later phoned as not received - received same day. Estimator was excellent.
Regards to the phone number it doesn't seem to matter who you phone the response options are the same so why not include Tillicoultry number and hours to contact on initial text.
Incidentally this questionnaire cam to my old email address

Sales and customer engagement is ok No correlation between depts I’ve spent 11k in last 4 weeks across Beds, carpets, furniture but I might as well be Joe bloggs Told bed guy and he said maybe mattress cover (£70) free on your 2.8k bed - eh no, can’t do that Had to laugh

Timeliness.
Basically, we managed to purchase the furniture we were looking for.
The staff were helpful but not pushy and making arrangements for delivery fell in with our timeliness.
