Very poor service garden furniture only come with cushions for two seats when there should have been the whole four then told not much can do when you pay the amount of cash we paid you expect checked and checked again poor customer service

A solid company with great staff
We have used Sterling Home to furnish our house, including carpets, curtains and furniture. The Sterling Home Fort Kinnaird team Clive, Fiona and David worked closely with us and listened patiently to our requirements. They offered sound advice and a range of options to support us in making our choices. We would highly recommend this company, and would be happy to work with them again.

Professional carpet laying.
The carpetlayers were punctual, very pleasant and professional.The carpet looks beautiful. A couple of years ago we had other carpets laid by Sterling at Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh, and we an equally good experience.

Flooring job
We purchased Karndean flooring for our hall at Sterling home. Callum was the salesperson and was efficient and helpful through the whole process. He also organised for the flooring to be done quickly and the whole job from the fitting to the finished article was stress free. Highly recommend!

Good shopping experience
We purchased exactly what we were looking for. The salesperson was very competent and extremely efficient. Everything was explained perfectly to us. There was no rush sale, we were allowed as long as we wanted to choose. All questions were answered.
The showroom was vey well lit, lots of natural sunlight

Fabulous service & value for money
Excellent service should always be acknowledged and appreciated. From walking through the door, quality shines through with a spotless & well laid out store, staff are available - yet discreet, giving the impression that this store will have exactly what you are looking for.
Flooring was my purchase - Callum was helpful from browsing through to ordering. Not forgetting the x2 fitters - my job was last fit of their day and they were still full of chat, helpfulness & laid a perfectly finished floor.

Lovely sales staff
We spoke to a lovely lady and I wish I could remember her name now, I’ve completely forgot but she was so nice to us when we purchased both our sofas. She was switching around cushions to give it a different look and really helped us choose which one to get. She made the whole process easy by looking at all the options, I’m sure you’d be able to look to see what her name is. Can’t wait to receive them now

Browse without hassle
We were able to browse in the shop without constant hassle from sales people. When we were ready to purchase our item the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful.
