Currently on sofa number 5 in 2 years…
Currently on sofa number 4 in 2 years from sterling. The first one called the hoy was faulty with a warped frame, 3 tech visits concluded there was nothing wrong finally we had someone confirm our concerns the frame was totally warped he agreed this was over the course of 12 months, we then selected a nicolleti sofa called the puccini within days the cushions had sunk and back rest too after a bit of back and forward with cs they agreed to a replacement we selected the exact same sofa we rejected this the day it turned up it was a mess all wrinkled fabric looked shabby and old very dissapointing as it was not cheap, cs again very reluctantly agreed to a reselection this time we plumped for a british made sofa called the fern salesman guided us through the choice of foam seating we chose high resilience foam as it doesnt need plumping and doesnt lose shape well that was utter lies every time we stand up i have to plump it back to shape eventually after 3 months i thought i have to call cs about this im really not pleased about being sold something i havent actually got, tech came on monday his report states cushions are satisfactory much to our dissapointment utterly fed up with the whole situation now and it has put me off ever buying a new sofa ever again our opinion of sterling has gone downhill for sure and would think twice on recommending them to anyone now we payed cash for our sofa that is another regret.would like to add i will now be a further £520 out of pocket as i have no option but to pay for an upholsterer to change the foam cushions, will only be doing the sofa as i cant afford to do the cuddle chair as well, really cant afford to do the sofa but i cant live with what i think is inferior quality foam cushions cant see where the resilience part comes into it. David McBeath
Today David McBeath in your store at Fort Kinnaird helped my mum (91) and I to find a new suite.
As soon as we told him what we needed he narrowed the search right down and told us lots about each product.
After a lovely lunch in store my dog joined us at David’s invite so that we had time to think about things.
He offered us a cuppa and give us lots of private time to talk about options.
What a total gent!! No pressure but lots off help and assistance . Perfect job x

Breath of fresh air
We were left to look around in peace which in my opinion is worth a 5 star review in itself! Great selection with my mum being able to browse all the suites without feeling rushed or pressured. The sales people were all friendly when approached would definitely recommend!

Great shopping experience
We were very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the shop floor. There was such a selection of good quality furniture on show, we were spoiled for choice. We found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. They left us to wander about, try out sofas just checking if we needed help from time to time. We only went in for a look!! We found exactly what we were looking for,
now looking forward to our sofas being delivered in the next few weeks. We have already recommended this company to people.

We went in only for a coffee.
We only went in for a coffee and bought a carpet. Romina Smith was superb and it was her friendly, professionalism that led to our purchase. The after sales information was good and the delivery/fitting could no have gone better. Thank you.

Outstanding service
I bought my 2 sofas on the Saturday with a serious discount if I could collect the following Friday.
Guys at distribution centre we're more than helpful loading my van.
On assembly I was one electrical cable short to power mechanism.
1 short call and it was delivered to my home address within 24 hours with follow up calls to ensure receipt.
