Visited the Montrose store had excellent service from Christina ? She ordered my item and I went in to collect yesterday and the 2 guys were excellent also
My item was perfect looks great in my home .
I Would have preferred a delivery as I’m in Dundee ,but too expensive unfortunately .

Jason was great…
Jason was great with helping both me and my heavily pregnant wife find the right chair for us. He laid everything out for us in terms of the costs and lead times. Even threw in a care package for us for the chair.
The chair was built and ready to collect in a matter of days and the staff helped us load it into the car. Absolutely perfect service

Lovely assistant called Christine at Montrose store so helpful and gave us plenty time to brows and choose what we wanted . Shop had good selection and good displays of items . Tidy , clean and spacious store.

We went to Sterling home in Montrose to purchase our first ever sofa for our new home. From the onset, we met a lovely lady named Christine. From the moment we arrived, Christine was outstanding. The professionalism and trust build was second to none. She really helped to make our experience phenomenal. She helped to address our concerns, maintained amazing communication and eye contact throughout. Honestly no faults what so ever. We are both amazed at Christine's commitment to customer service. She even came in on her day off, to come and see us about changing the fabric of our sofas. Her dedication to her customers is absolutely amazing and Sterling home should be proud of her! She is certainly an asset to the store. Thank you Christine!!
