I returned to Sterling today to purchase new sofas after previously visiting the Tillicoultry store and speaking with Michael Neish.
Michael was very helpful and easy to talk to he explained everything I needed to know about delivery,care plan & cost of both.

Purchasing Sofas at Sterling Home
My experience was made great today when purchasing sofas at Sterling home as a result of the excellent customer service provided by Michael Neish Michael made me feel comfortable and explained everything about the sofas I was interested in, including costs of delivery and care package. He also went over all the costs on the invoice before I signed the document.

Looking for mobility rise and lift chair… a really large selection from very reasonable cost to high end leather designer. Very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and patient with my endless indecision . A no pressure approach is major consideration especially for elderly customers.

At last, we’ve got a sofa !!
We thought we had got a sofa elsewhere, but then an undelivered promise took us back to square one - and after just one visit to the main Sterling showroom, we’re definitely waiting for one now !! We dealt with a ‘mature’ salesman at night, took a book of sample swatches home with us, then came back the following morning and dealt with a young and very new female team member. Both members of staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant - and we were happy to confirm our order. It’s just a pity it’ll be 12 weeks before we get it !! Also visited the cafe for some breakfast/brunch, which we thoroughly enjoyed - and I rounded our visit off by buying 3 books from the CHAS charity bookshop !! We have bought from Sterling several times in the past, and have never been disappointed - you get what you pay for !!

Very Happy Customers
We recently made several purchases in the carpet and flooring department of Sterling Home in Tillicoultry. We found all the staff to be helpful, knowledgable and efficient.
Dylan patiently advised us on our carpet choice. Mark then came to measure up and recommended Karndean LVT for our bathroom flooring. Brian explained the different Karndean products and helped us with our final choice. We are also grateful to Stewart the fitting manager. At the last minute he arranged alternative carpet fitters who made an excellent job as did the Karndean fitters.
My husband and I are delighted with the products we bought. The carpets, rug and tiles have been much admired.
Thank you for the excellent service we received from the whole team especially Dylan.

A great experience
A great experience, We were looking at beds, the staff were very helpful, no pressure to buy. After buying ,we were notified about the process, kept up to date, and provided with a specific delivery date and time. They arrived on time and the two deliver men knew what they were doing, the job was done in no time and all the packing was taken away.

New Sofa Purchade…
We went into the Tillicoultry branch just on the off chance there might be a sofa that we liked. Michael Neish was very helpful going through the various options ie maxi sofa, 2 seater sofa, chairs, leather or fabric. Having spent time with us he wasn't pushy when we left saying we would "think about it". We returned several days later to buy said sofa and to his credit he remembered what combination and colour we had looked at.
Michael was a great help and we feel that the level of service was
excellent. Thanks so much.
