Personal attention was spot on and not too pushy, just right.
Special mention to Lauren Grant who looked after us very well. She certainly knew her stuff and was able to advise in a very professional, friendly and respectful way. Felt she was there to help us rather than push a sale.

We went in looking at sofas and suites
We went in looking at sofas and suites. Elaine Fern came over to ask if we needed any help but, we didn’t at that point. We did ask some questions about the sofa we were looking at, she was able to answer our questions easily, with great knowledge of the product. However, when we did require help Elaine was able to assist us with ease, she left us to decide between two sofas. When we had decided which one, again Elaine was there to speak to us about prices, as well as all options to pay. She was friendly but definitely not pushy at all. Gave us plenty of time to consider and decide. Lovely lady, hang onto her, don’t always get sales people like her, worth her weight in gold. Hopefully delivery of goods will be as good as the service from Elaine. Thank you Elaine.

Great service from Rudy
Great service from Rudy (who was supported by Conor & Darren). Rudy was super helpful in getting both our kitchen table & stools and dining table and chairs ordered today in Tillicoultry store. Lovely friendly, helpful and knowledge service from all mentioned above.

I had a fantastic experience at Sterling Home Furniture\. Lauren Grant was excellent from start to finish\. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to talk me through the different options without making me feel rushed or under any pressure\. She answered all my questions and made the whole sales process easy and enjoyable, helping me choose the perfect chair\.
I’d also like to mention the manager, who was equally helpful\. We ended up staying a little after closing while the paperwork was completed, and it was never made to feel like an inconvenience\. They were patient, professional, and even helped us get the chair into the car before we left\.
Excellent customer service all round\. Lauren and the team are a real credit to Sterling Home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Mirror mirror not on the wall
Ordered a sizeable mirror and paid for delivery and installation.....mirror arrived early however they refused to install and left in its box in the hallway.

Excellent service and support
Steven McKelvie at Sterling organised the quotation and the sale for us for our floors/Carpeting fully 3 months in advance in line with our timeline. He then continued to keep us updated for the next 3 months before delivering installation on the requested date. Great job, great help, very professional and very likeable too.

The service, care and professionalism shown by the Flooring Department at Sterling was exceptional, from start to finish.
Steven was our initial point of contact and was very professional and considerate and was a breath of fresh air. Brian, Mark and Dylan were all very helpful and professional. Darren the fitter was also very professional, careful and communicated very well.
