Happy with my new suite
Happy with my new suite. It tool a few days to get used to the change in style and colour. Had to buy new accessories to suit. The young man Declan was very helpful. A credit to your store.

Another happy purchase
We purchased a display suite at a very reduced price which was amazing value. We also purchased matching dining furniture from another sterling store and were able to have them delivered together saving on delivery costs. Both we love. We have purchased many items before and always been happy with service and quality. This was the same.

I have t yet received my dining table-…
I have had two deliveries. Carpets and dining furniture. Sales teams in Uddingston stores were excellent, they knew their products and gave good advice.
Waiting for dinning suite to be delivered today.
Carpets were fitted but the fitters didn’t turn up when they were supposed to to, I had to constantly phone Customer Services at Uddingston who were not that helpful. Carpet fitters were not the best.

A good price for suite
A good price for suite. Ordered and told would be 13 weeks delivery- that's exactly what it was. Kept informed pre the delivery date. Very happy with suite and service from Sterling.

Both occasions, both female ,male assistants, extremely helpful.. lady was extremely knowledgeable ,very helpful...I discovered on 2nd occassion she was manager .....

I am absolutely disgusted with the…
I am absolutely disgusted with the appalling service I’ve received. After waiting over 2 months and paying nearly £2300, my order was finally delivered today, only to be met with faulty, subpar items of shockingly low quality. The delivery driver himself was so frustrated by the state of the goods that he immediately took everything back—something I never expected would happen. To make matters worse, I’ve been told the replacement items won’t be available until mid-December, and on top of that, they **refuse to offer any compensation for the enormous inconvenience and disappointment caused. This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I’m beyond frustrated. Utterly disgraceful.

Worst quality furniture
Worst quality furniture! I ordered a table & chairs in April it arrived in June. It was peeling at the side, ordered a replacement it arrived it was also peeling at the side and looked like someone had hand painted over a bit on the top of the table. This table was supposedly checked before it came out and when there chief cabinet maker came out to see it he was shocked by it. Had another replacement table it also had issues so they took it straight back, got another one delivered it was wrong colour tried another final time and the replacement again had issues and went straight back. Now I am returning the full set and have asked if they can leave me a couple of chairs till my new table & chairs arrives (from a different company in 6weeks) and the answer is no. So I am left with no table and no chairs for 6 weeks. Would never buy anything from here again. Gave them many chances and each time quality was shocking and disappointed at now being left with no table or chairs for 6 weeks.

Be wary when buying from Sterling Furniture in Uddingston. Appalling customer service regarding my barely a year old suite!!
You replied asking for sales invoice number (184342) . Promised customer service would get back to us and still waiting! This is the second time Sterling customer service said that they would get back to us! As I said before shocking customer service!!.Wonder how the new CEO would respond
