Betty was extremely helpful and informative, with it being our first purchase of a sofa for our first home we weren’t entirely sure of the process. From start to finish Betty made it very simple. No pushy sales tactics and stuck within our budget. Highly recommend.

Disappointing
To my knowledge, I have had one mail to tell me my goods are delayed.
I do not have an ammended delivery date and would of expected a more personal response rather than an automated mail. This is my second major purchase from Sterling, I will be very careful before I consider a 3rd. I work hard for my money, I would hope whoever I chose to spend it with would respect that.

First class service from Ross
We came back to do the sale with Ross. Ross guided my mum through the full sales process smoothly and effectively. My mum wasn’t sure how finance worked and what the best options were for her and Ross was very informative and reassured her which made her feel at ease.
First class from start to finish Ross is a credit to the company lovely guy.

Poor customer service
After around 10-15 mins waiting, we had to ‘interrupt’ a group of staff chatting to ask if we could place an order. At that point, we were advised it would be 3-5 weeks for our furniture to be delivered. 5 weeks pass, we contact your company to be told it would now be several months before delivery as there were delays! This also happened with our previous order and again, it was us who had to constantly call for updates! Very poor experience with your company. Don’t think we’ll be rushing back for anything else.

Stressful Experience
I encountered problem after problem and a 2 day job for my flooring to be fitted turned into almost 2 months before the job was complete. It was the most stressful experience.
The assistance I received from Lauren the Flooring Manager was very good. She did her best to help but overall I will never deal with this company again.
