I waited for two weeks for a return


I waited for two weeks for a return call after I had called but was told someone would be returning my call. They didn't.

Later, I went online, marked the desired product and went to pay, I was unable to get verification so I signed on as a member but it showed I needed to start over, putting in my name, address, card number again, so I decided against wasting my time.

A couple days later I received an email reminding me that I had not completed an order so I went back online, and wouldn't you know it? I had to do everything over again but I decided I really need the CBD so I went ahead, wasting my time again. At least it went through that time.

CJ, I'm disheartened by this review. We provided top-notch customer service and dispatched multiple units to you. There seems to be a misunderstanding about a product I created. If you were seeking THC shatter, this may not be the right website for you.

CBD and THC are distinct molecules that shouldn't be compared directly. CBD shatter, a product I innovated in 2016, is the term I coined for it. Giving a 1-star rating due to this confusion may not be entirely just. I kindly request you to reconsider and perhaps adjust it to a 3-star rating. Thank you, Steve

Absolutely Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. Just do not pay for overnight shipping. I ordered on Saturday and they never shipped untill Wednesday. Smoothe hits full of flavor that bring deep relaxation. I am a happy customer.
