Got a freebie :D

Lovely. One of my products was out of stock but I was given a similar CBD product of a different flavor for free, with a hand written note that they will ship my other item as soon as they can. Pretty happy with that! Also, all the flavors are really really great. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great, efficient customer service.

Orders are always received in a very timely manner.
One time a year or so ago, an incorrect product size was sent. When I contacted them, it was quickly and pleasantly resolved. The correct product was sent out and received within a day or two and we weren't required to return the incorrect product.

Love the product, im a frequent user of the cbd isolate powder. Helps me tremendously. Have never had an order messed up so I haven’t had a chance to deal with customer service. My order ships and arrives promptly without issues.
