I can only echo the bad reviews here. The company is a scam, stealing your money. A bot answering your emails and telling your tracking number is on the way etc. The positive reviews are most likely fake. Do not purchase from them. You will loose your money.

Terrible AI chat bot. No helpful at all

Do not purchase from them, it is a fake brand that took my money and didn’t ship anything. I’ve been waiting on my shipment for 3 months now. They have completely ghosted me via email. DO NOT PURCHASE IT IS A SCAM!!!

If I could I would give zero stars. I placed an order in may, but I still didn’t receive it. I get no answers from the helpdesk despite multiples emails. Don’t buy anything from this shop!!

C'est une arnaque, ne commandez surtout pas!
Tout est très alléchant sur le site et sur leur pub, avec des prix imbattables et des promotions.
En apparence, tout semble être en règle, on reçoit bien une confirmation de commande, une facture etc... Après ça commence à devenir bizarre, j'ai du leurs écrire à plusieurs reprises car le tracking ne fonctionnait pas, ils ont fini par répondre pour me confirmer le tracking via USPS, mais le tracking ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Et après plusieurs demandes de ma part, pas de réponse.
Et bien évidemment, je n'ai rien reçu.
Je pense que les avis positifs sur Trustpilot sont des fakes, étrangement tous français.
Attention à vous tous, c'est une belle arnaque!

Unfortunately I paid before delivery so no help to get. I’d call this a scam, and they operate through insta ads. Annoying. Do not order.

This company is horrible, don’t order from them!!!!

My bags did come over 5 weeks after I placed the order which was way after I needed them and way after the delivery date set by sticky bestie. I messaged multiple times to try to get a tracking number which was eventually given to me but I had to pay to see the tracking, I asked if i could have it shipped quicker and was told by sticky bestie that I’d have to pay an extra fee of £70 so I came to the conclusion that I was being scammed. To my surprise they did show up but considering this was needed for a fashion show that had already taken place, they rendered useless. I ask if i could return them, sticky bestie said they didn’t want the bags back but would refund me my money if i left a positive review even though my whole experience has been negative. In the end i did leave the positive review and I have since found out that coercing someone to make a positive review is illegal. Since this I have been ignored by sticky bestie on multiple occasions, i haven't received any money back, and I’m left with a disgusting experience from this company.

To save yourself the trouble don’t buy anything from this company with no morals or customer service.

This shop is a scam! I ordered multiple bags as gifts for a girls' weekend. They never arrived or were shipped on time. I requested the order be refunded, and they agreed. The next day, I had a shipping receipt that never actually left a warehouse, and shockingly, when I tried to pull up my order, it could not be found. All I want is my refund, for them actually to ship the items, and, if they have, to send proof of delivery.

I was very excited to receive this product. Unfortunately, it took over a month to arrive at my doorstep. The product itself is fine, but I've never experienced such a long delay with an order before.
I contacted the company about the shipment, and while they did respond, I was given the runaround for several weeks. At one point, I honestly wasn't sure if my order would ever arrive.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing. Even though the product is acceptable, the poor shipping and customer service have made me decide that I won't be purchasing from this company again.

Scammers! Do not purchase anything as you will likely not receive it. Have reached out to them twice with no response. They actually had the nerve to send an email to see how much I liked my purchase. Wish I knew!

They are scammer

SCAM! Order made 4th June, still not delivered and customer support stopped replying…..

I placed an order in April 22. It is now July 31st, and still no bags. I received a Wanb tracking number June 22, but the tracking never updates. I’ve emailed them several times and they responded apologizing and promising a free gift, but nothing has been received and they’ve stopped responding to emails.

It's hard to review a product that was never delivered, but what's even more shocking is that they just ignore emails and messages.
And yet they keep advertising.
Be careful, everyone. You're going to get scammed!!!

Bought from them a few months. I messaged them when I realized my order had not been sent after 3 weeks of waiting, and the order miraculously advanced to « sent ». I never heard of it since then, the tracking number showed me the parcel didn’t move.
When I messaged them, they said they would ask the company in charge of the delivery. Never heard of them after that. I messaged them again for a refund (I was tired of waiting, the thing was going on for several months), they said I had to wait a few days and if the parcel didn’t move, we would discuss a solution. Never heard of them since then, I messaged them twice, no answer.
When I went to their instagram account, I realized I was blocked.
By the way all the 5 star reviews here seem to be fake, no one talks about their experience, you only have reviews about the quality and the vibe of the products.
Do not buy from them, save your time and money !!!!
