Soooo disappointed! Why didn’t I read the reviews beforehand?
No bag, no money, no answers…

Didn’t ever receive my order and after 2 emails requesting a refund for the order ive not received, no response.

Sticky bestie was quick to respond and easy to communicate with! Their selections are beautiful and bold and I am excited to add to my collection!

This company is truly pushing the limits in fashion. These super cute bright color clutch bags are simply amazing. They look extremely chic, fun and fashion forward.

My order, placed more than a month ago, was never delivered. The company has been completely unresponsive to my inquiries.

I placed an order almos 4 MONTHS ago and I got a order confirmation, but haven't gotten the shipping order for at least three-four weeks. I got it after I contacted them and they said it will be sent soon. After I got the number for shipment, I did not receive any updates on it. I contacted them again and again and they have't responded ever since.

Placed an order, got a shipping notification - then nothing. For 5 days, then 10 days. I requested update to shipping if it had actually been shipped (never received actual tracking info). They replied and said they did, but then said they will refund instead.
They then asked if they could refund via paypal.
17 days later - NO refund, NO response to anything.
They are a scam.

I ordered from STICKY BESTIE in June 2026....It is now August 12 2026 I have not recieved my order or a refund which I requested after several Emails which I sent to the Company.They never send a satisfactory reply. The ladt email I recieved about 2 weeks ago said the would upscale my complaint to a human. Well still waiting for that happen. I said in my Email to them if they cannot fulfil my order then I would like my refund In full. Again no reply. They have taken my payment and I have nothing to show for it. I'm absolutely disgusted how they treat customers.

I placed my order with Sticky Bestie on June 21, 2026 (Order #1009217570), and I still have not received my merchandise.

According to their own policy, orders are supposed to be processed within 24–48 hours and tracking information should be provided once an order ships. Unfortunately, I did not receive a valid tracking update for my order.

I was told to follow up on July 19 if there was no update. I contacted them on July 27 and again on July 31 because my order still had not arrived.

I eventually requested a refund and gave them a 48-hour deadline to provide either a valid update or a refund. Instead of receiving a meaningful response or resolution, I only received automated emails.

As of today, August 11, 2026, I have paid for merchandise that I ordered almost two months ago and never received, and the company has not provided a satisfactory resolution.

I am posting this review so potential customers can be aware of my experience before placing an order. I strongly recommend researching recent reviews carefully and considering the experiences of other customers before purchasing from Sticky Bestie.

I ordered in May, still haven´t recieved anything. Even got an apologetic email in june, stating they´d send an extra bag, yet nothing arrived. So far seems like a scam to me!!!

This company is a COMPLETE SCAM and they’re the biggest THIEVES ever. I ordered over £40 worth of products from them since April and am still let to receive my order. SHAME ON YOU!!! 🍅🍅🍅
I have emailed countless times but to no avail, all I keep getting is the runaround. Being told a manager will contact me and still nothing. I cannot stand companies that are built on stealing peoples hard earned money. Again SHAME ON YOUUUUU!! Your day of reckoning is coming.

Unfortunately I can’t give 0. Have never received products and no feedback from customer service. Products ordered in May and in August still no delivery. Link sent doesn’t work.

I paid for four bags, but none of them ever arrived. The company has kept my money, has not delivered the products and no longer responds to my emails.
This is an unacceptable customer experience and, in my view, raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices. I consider it potentially fraudulent when a company accepts payment, fails to deliver the order and then ignores the customer’s messages.
I would not recommend ordering from StickyBestie.

I honestly wasn't expecting to love this as much as I do! It's one of those products that just makes life easier. It stays put, works exactly as promised, and the quality is amazing. I've already found myself reaching for it every day. Definitely recommend!

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. THE ORDER WILL NEVER ARRIVE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. IF I CAN GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR, I WOULD GIVE THEM 100 NEGATIVE STARS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, PEOPLE.

Hice un pedido, pasaron dos semanas y no lo habían enviado, me contacte y tardaron otra semana en responderme diciendo que habían tenido un problema pero que si lo iban enviar y me iban a enviar un regalo como compensación, pasaron otras dos semanas y me volví a comunicar, no respondieron, mandé mensaje por WhatsApp, instagram, Gmail y nada hasta que comenté en sus publicaciones de instagram y me respondieron con que ya la iban a enviar, no me enviaron nada y me hicieron el reembolso sin yo pedirlo, no compren ahí.
