Ordered back in June - still nothing arrived. Tracking details sent through that don’t work - AI generated customer service - avoid at all costs, scammers!!!

I made an order in May and nothing arrived. At first their customer service seemed super responsive and helpful in trying to sort out where my order could be. Its now been over two months since I made the order, I haven't received anything and customer service has stopped responding to me. I am trying to get a refund but they haven't replied back in over two weeks. I dont like leaving negative reviews but want others to be aware. I would pass on this company if you're on the fence.

I placed my order May 8th, and I still haven’t received it. I have contacted customer service several times and each time they say they have to check with the processing team and then I never hear back. I contacted them last, July 19th and I still haven’t heard back from them (date of writing this is July 27).

This company stood out to me with its creative ways of advertising and I have been following them ever since. They took a simple bag concept and created something new, fun, and interesting out of it. Their products look high end and give of a funky chic vibe everyone has been trying to achieve. So I would highly recommend giving them a try :)

I placed my order on 23 June, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating.

After waiting for weeks with no valid tracking updates, I contacted customer support because I needed the items for a specific event. They agreed to cancel my order and issue a full refund.

A few days later, instead of receiving my refund, I got an email saying my order had been shipped. That was on 13 July.

Today is 27 July, the tracking link doesn't work anymore, there have been zero shipping updates, and I have no reason to believe the parcel was ever actually dispatched.

The customer service has been inconsistent and unreliable. They first confirmed that my order would be cancelled and refunded, then completely contradicted themselves by marking it as shipped instead. I've now been left with no refund, no parcel, and no answers.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. Everything about this company raises red flags, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Sticky Bestie. Save yourself the stress and buy from a business that actually delivers what it promises.

I get the same AI generated E-mail reply about my order. I have been waiting for over 2 months. This is a scam!!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

I never received my order. After repeatedly reaching out by email to ask for an update, my online order details, tracking information, and order confirmation were removed from my account. Fortunately, I had already saved copies of my order confirmation, payment, tracking information, and all correspondence.

Because I never received my order and was unable to get a resolution, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to use caution before ordering from this company.

I honestly love my City Girl Pouch! It’s the perfect size for my everyday essentials without feeling bulky. The quality is really nice, and the design is both cute and practical. I’ve already started using it every day because it keeps everything organized and fits easily into my bag. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

Ordered from this company. Stated my order was delivered. My building management stated they put the order in the mail lockup but I couldn’t find the package. Fine. Reached out to Sticky Bestie. First response. They so called sent another order. I paid for package insurance on the first order. Didn’t receive the order again. Reached out to them and asked for refund. All I got was the generic response email and nothing since. All that for $40.

I had a great experience with StickyBestie! Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process so easy. They answered all my questions quickly and were great to work with. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend StickyBestie and would definitely use them again

@STICKYBESTIE You’re a FRAUD company. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE HORRIBLE customer service. You all refuse to refund my money and I have been going back and forth with you all going on two months now. Countless emails sent since June 6th 2026 regarding my order never arriving and they refuse to issue a refund. Instead-they email back with “hey bestie…” and that they’re “looking into it”. Complete scam company. There is a reason they’ve deleted their instagram account.

Order goods said they would arrive between 17 -21 July and goods have never arrived. Customer services stated the goods had been sent but could not provide a tracking number. Numerous emails sent same reply all of the time, asked for a refund never arrived. Please do not use this company you will loose your money and you will not receive your purchase

Bestelling geplaatst eind mei. Bevestiging gekregen en daarna niks meer. Allemaal emails en berichten gestuurd. Je wordt constant aan het lijntje gehouden. I ordered bags on 4/5 and have still not received them I was Informed in June there was an issue with shipment but that replacements would be sent it is now end of July and have still not received items or had communication despite emailing I would order again from this company

Mon expérience avec StickyBestie a été catastrophique du début à la fin.

J'ai passé une commande qui devait être offerte pour la fête des Mères. Après plusieurs semaines sans aucune évolution, j'ai contacté le service client à de nombreuses reprises. À chaque fois, j'ai reçu les mêmes réponses toutes faites : ma commande était "prioritaire", "en cours de suivi" ou allait être expédiée "dans la semaine". Aucune de ces promesses n'a été tenue.

Après plus d'un mois d'attente, on m'a finalement indiqué qu'un des articles était en rupture ou retardé. J'ai accepté un envoi partiel, puis je n'ai plus eu aucune réponse à mes questions. Face à ce manque total de transparence et de communication, j'ai demandé l'annulation de ma commande.

L'entreprise m'a confirmé par écrit que ma commande était annulée et que mon remboursement serait effectué sous 5 à 12 jours ouvrés. Aujourd'hui, ce délai est dépassé et je n'ai toujours reçu aucun remboursement.

Le plus choquant est l'absence totale de réponse à mes derniers messages. Une fois le paiement encaissé, le service client semble tout simplement disparaître.

Je peux comprendre qu'un retard de livraison arrive. En revanche, multiplier les promesses non tenues, laisser un client attendre plus d'un mois, annuler sa commande sans le rembourser dans les délais annoncés et ignorer ensuite ses relances est totalement inacceptable.

À ce jour, je n'ai ni les produits commandés, ni mon remboursement.

Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise tant que cette situation ne sera pas résolue.
