Da circa due mesi ho fatto il mio ordine e ad oggi non l’ho ancora ricevuto.
Da 15 giorni è sparita la loro pagina Instagram e non rispondo più alle email per l’assistenza.

I think they are a scam. I purchased 4 bags back in May & in July the items had still not been shipped. I’ve emailed customer service 5 times and they finally cancelled my order a few weeks ago but I cannot get a response from them with regards to my refund! Definitely do not order from them!!!!

I placed an order with them on June 16 2026, I never received an order number nor tracking I reached out several times finally received a order number with fake tracking… or they said the package was lost in transit. I have now requested a refund they have since blocked me from their social media and keep giving me the round around regarding my refund. I will never order from them again! Lesson learned! Stop ordering from social media and places that are not in the US! I was definitely scammed by them and IG!

Placed an order on May 23rd.
Order has not arrived.
I have contacted customer service 5 times in the past 2 weeks with no response.
Super disappointing, would not recommend.

I placed my order on May 31st, and today is July 19th. I still haven’t received anything.

Customer service only sends the same automated email saying my tracking number will be updated, but it never is. I’ve never received any real tracking information.

I can’t even access my order anymore to check its status.

For me, this feels like a SCAM. I paid a lot of money, almost two months have passed, and I still have no package, no real customer service, and no solution.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Based on my experience, you risk paying a lot of money and never receiving your package.

If there were 0 stars I would give that. Horrible customer service experience. They processed my payment in April and in July I have neither received the items nor a refund despite sending almost 50 emails. Very vague and dodgy responses. Awful experience and I’ve now read in most places the quality is terrible so it’s a loss even if you do receive the item! Stay away!

Ordered two bags about a month ago. Their website says they ship in 3-5 business days. When I go to my order now it says it is “being processed”. I have emailed them several times to ask about status and have only received automated responses. At this point I’m out some $$ (and hopefully haven’t had my info compromised). I did look up reviews on whether this was a legit site and it looked ok. I WOULD NOT order from this company!!!

Stickybesyie offered a two for one option on their clutches in April. I purchased them on April 20th. After several weeks Stickybestie contacted me apologizing for the delay and assured me the bags would be delivered in 5 days and would include a special gift for my patience. Today is July 16th and I have written many letters inquiring about my order. The response is always the same (form letter?) They assure me the bags are just waiting for the carrier to pick them up. I had been told the bags had been on back order and that accounted for the delay EXCEPT the identical bags are on their website now as being available for purchase and shipping. When I questioned that I was told they weren't able to do that for me. I have asked for a refund now for several weeks. No response to that. I consider this company to not be acting in good faith and refusing to refund my money. Please look elsewhere for bags as the customer service is non existent.

Ordered back in May - still nothing arrived.
Tracking details sent through that don’t work - AI generated customer service - avoid at all costs. Can’t get hold of anyone , can’t get a refund.
According to companies house the business is registered in the UK - going to write to that - not holding out much hope.

Die Bestellung sollte innerhalb von 20 Werktagen ankommen. Sie wurde aber nicht mal innerhalb der ersten 20 Werktage abgeschickt. Auf mehrfache Rückfragen wurde immer wieder zugesichert, dass der Versand nun kurzfristig erfolgen würde. Es wurde sogar ein zusätzlich Geschenk wegen der erheblichen Lieferverzögerung versprochen. Nichts tat sich. Nach über 3 Monaten wurde die Bestellung ohne weitere Information vom Händler storniert. Die Rückerstattung des Geldes, welches der Händler vor 3 1/2 Monaten vom uns erhalten hat, ist auch 14 Tage später ...trotz Anmahnung unsererseits und Versprechen von Seiten des Verkäufers nicht erfolgt. Zum Glück wurde mit der Kreditkarte gezahlt, so dass wir darüber nun hoffentlich bald das Geld zurückerhalten.

They dont send products and they dont refund. Been months DO NOT USE

I ordered 2 bags (buy one get one free) on 23rd May. I received notification of shipping on 16th June but the tracking details didn’t work and no amount of contacting Sticky Bestie could elicit anything more than annoying friendly AI responses. On two occasions they contacted me to review my purchase. I responded that I hadn’t received it and the first time was told I would soon receive tracking information(?) and the second time it was like screaming into a vacuum … no response.
I finally requested a refund today and was told that they would need to pass that request on to a human if I would like it to be processed. I confirmed that I would in fact like that and the wait to be contacted continues. I’m disappointed because I checked here before ordering and at the time the prevailing experience was ‘long wait but great products’. To be generous, maybe they have been a victim of their own success. Otherwise it is just another scam to be avoided

⚠️ Buyer Beware – My Experience with StickyBestie

I placed an order with StickyBestie on April 16, 2026, after seeing an offer that included a free additional bag. Nearly three months later, I still have not received my order.

Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I have been told they are “working on it” or that they will “fix the problem.” They provided me with a tracking number, but it is not associated with a recognizable U.S. shipping carrier, making it impossible for me to verify or track my package.

To make matters worse, I have received emails asking me to review a product that was never delivered.

I have now requested a refund four separate times, yet I still have not received my money back.

At this point, I am simply asking StickyBestie to honor their obligation and issue a full refund to my original payment method.

If you’re considering ordering from this company, I encourage you to do your research first. I sincerely hope StickyBestie resolves this matter so I can update this post with a positive outcome.

Exactly like everyone else, order made 2 weeks ago and not even dispatched.
I’ll be contacting the ombudsman and report this company, I think anyone should do the same.
Have requested a refund but looking at other people’s experiences it looks like they’re stealing peoples money and never send any orders.

Worst experience ever. Never received my order which I placed in April. Worte several e-mails only to hear ‘the order is on it’s way’ (without tracking info) or ‘we are looking into it’ (and no follow up). Asked for a refund - is ignored. DO NOT BUY HERE! Seems to be a scam.

Ordered 2 bags buy one get one free.. I paid and had confirmation and money was taken from account.., then had email off company to say the payment had not authorised and they were cancelling order.. the money had been taken and then 2 days later they refunded which is it had not authorised you wouldn’t have to refund me.. I had emailed them as soon as I had the original email and had an automated response to say it was received and I never got a reply.

I never got any updates on my order, and I still haven't received it. So annoying. I reached out via email to their customer service-no answer.

I placed a large order on June 12 for $207.50. The website promised shipping within 1–3 business days. Instead, they held my money for almost a month, kept promising that my order would ship soon, then canceled my order on July 5. I still have not received my refund.

This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Their behavior feels like a scam: taking money, delaying customers with empty promises, canceling the order, and not refunding immediately.

Pricing scam!!
I ordered my pouch at a set price, a few days later I went to show my friend & they were cheaper and still buy one get one free. I messaged and was asked to send proof which I did. I’m still waiting for my order, still waiting for a reason on such a price difference and today said I felt like they were delaying their reply to put the prices back up. In less than 4 hours the prices have increased again. I have screenshot proof as well. Keep emailing to say ‘good news, we will send you a tracking number soon’ but won’t tell me how to return the order when it finally arrives. I don’t want my order anymore because it feels like I am being scammed. I even said they could refund the over charge but keep fobbing me off
