Absolutely horrible

Shirts are so small. They don’t fit

Won’t send a return slip or offer to exchange. Only you can purchase additional items at 50 percent off. I don’t want the first ones so why would I order and pay for more of cheap lousy quality small shirts

Return policy is an absolute joke. There is no return policy

If I could give a negative review I really would. -5 stars all day, every day. Got the email that it was shipped on 5th Feb. 11th Feb - I contacted them as still showing as in transit from them to Evri, got a response telling me it will be with me in a few days as it is in Transit. 16th Feb contacted them again - got the same response but worded differently. Avoid at all costs!! Finally received this Mid March after more pestering. Why lie saying delivery is 3-5 days from order, when in reality it's over a month and the quality is exceptionally poor. XXL T Shirt fits my 5 year old grandson perfectly. Still 1 star for deception.

Absolutely horrible. Such a scam. 100% satisfaction guarantee my a@@. Soft Cotton= 100%polyester. XL adult, it might fit a Large child. Words were not even straight on the T-shirt. Refund policy- they lied. They will not refund. Do NOT buy from them. Such a scam

Rubbish scam! I ordered in January and still not been delivered. Customer service poor with generic false promises that it's in transit. Now tracking (which stuck on the 31/01/2026) cannot be found! Steer clear and order from a legitimate UK based company not from china! I really feel like lesson learned to check Trust Pilot first. Their advertising is false and misleading, a disgrace.

If I was able to give 1/2 stars or negative stars I would. It’s a great cause, good slogan, horrendous company & business model. First off, it is complete false advertising & bait & switch. The company is based in China from what it appears, the sizes are so small, if you take an XL might want to order an XXXL to come close. Also, a lot, if not all the images posted on the site are false, AI edited to make them more appealing than they actually are. Nothing at all as to what you actually recieve, one wash of the tshirt (inside out as well) & the lettering peeled off, so you’re lucky to get the motto across once, if you’re lucky. The customer service has to be one of the worst ever. They ghost you, avoid, waste time in response, takes about 5 messages to receive 1 response back. They lowball you on “refunds” even though they claim “30 day money back guarantee”. They charge YOU to send back the product, only for them to “determine” if a refund will be granted, the return shipping cost is roughly 3x the total cost of the product.
I ordered mine the very beginning of January, here we are into the beginning of February, & I just received confirmation about a very underwhelming “partial refund”. Don’t get swindled by the “money back guarantee”, you’ll save in the long run. Good cause, great message… too bad the company is a scam.

For some reason I never checked trust pilot before I ordered.

Sizing is so way off tshirt a size bigger than the hoodie is actually smaller.

Really cheap materials.

Appreciate the sentiment but the product is really poor.

The hoodies are not great quality
The delivery took more than 6 weeks se was late for xmas.
They didn't deliver all the items.

I ordered two weeks ago the money went straight out my account, had no confirmation email or contact from them, to say this is meant to represent mental health it’s a joke of a company and a scam!!

Total waste of time and money. The sizing is just ridiculous 4xl wouldn't fit anyone in large. Didn't state it was a Chinese company until you've paid. Getting a response for a refund is impossible. DO NOT BUY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

I ordered from this site believing I was purchasing a sweatshirt for “Mental Health awareness” the service is a joke…… the product is cheap & nasty…… not from ENGLAND…… I’ve been trying since 22nd December to get a refund and still no luck…!!! Avoid this site at all costs so not worth it!

I bought a hoodie to support suicide awareness. A 3Xl deliberately larger than I normally wear but I hoped for a loose fit. What arrived was a medium at best and after several emails it appears that I have been shafted by what turned out to be a crooked Chinese company taking advantage of a current trend. They care nothing for those people desperate enough to consider suicide. They are in it to screw you over and make money.Your products are undersized and overpriced. Your customer service is crap.They refunded me £10.00 after countless emails telling me the same as everyone else here. but I'm still £20 out of pocket and left with 2 useless garments that don't fit. Disgusting to think I bought this top to support a very important topic that you are taking advantage of. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!

I like the product. The shipping process kept me informed. All shipping seems to take longer through the USPS, as did this order. I do not fault the company for this. My disappointment was the sizing, diffidently not American sizing. I ordered 2 hoodies 4x plus the free T-shirt, same size. The hoodies were made well, lettering looked great, just did not fit. The sizing was more a Large than a 4x. I plan to keep them and alter them or gift to a skinny friend.

Ordered a 2XL hoodie. The one delivered despite it showed 2XL was a size L….at best. The T-shirt, same.
Contacted the company.
They offered a 10% refund and keep the seriously undersized items. What for? To put them on my daughter’s doll?
Went back to them.
Second offer was 20% refund or send the items back to China. No need to mention: shipping cost is on me.
So ended up taking the 20% refund to avoid the astronomical shipping cost.
Steer well clear of this scam company.

Avoid! Very poor sizing, way too small even though it was a 4xl. I'm usually an XL but like hoodies oversized to layer up. Customer service initially offered a 50% discount on my next order, what is the point if the largest size is too small? I don't need another order. Then a second offer of a 10% refund and I get to keep the useless under sized garments, again not acceptable as they are not fit for purpose because the size is wrong. Next offer a refund but I must pay postage even though this term is not listed anywhere on the website. Avoid disappointment and find the same garments from a more reputable source and check trust pilot always.

As per their website there is both a 30 day try option and a clear no quibble returns process for a refund… except it’s not. No less that 9 emails requesting a refund as the quality was so low and they avoided before trying to force me to get it back to them when their policy states they will provide shipping labels.
Quality is typical cheap polyester. AVOID

Absolutely shocking delivery time 18 days wait with priority shipping which makes no difference to the time scale.
The material of the hoody is ridiculous and feels more like the halloween material then any hoody ive felt.
Looking on Google on reviews and my thoughts were right, hugely misleading marketing that doesn't come close to whats been advertised.
I have stated ive wanted a refund for days and still no sign of getting one.

Never buy any products from this scam company
