Durrant Black
I purchased the Durrant Black for my birthday a little over a year ago and it has held up pretty well. I’ve received compliments on it from true watch enthusiasts which is pretty cool. I did get the metal bracelet and it definitely added class to it. The only thing that i don't like about it is how the black has worn out from wear. Which I really hate to switch to the silicone band given how nice it looks.

Thank you so much for the feedback! It’s great to hear the Durrant has held up well and that you’ve had some compliments from fellow watch enthusiasts.
The DLC coating on the bracelet is designed to provide increased scratch and wear resistance compared with standard finishes, but as with any coated surface, it can still show signs of wear over time, particularly on areas that come into regular contact with desks, clothing and other surfaces.

Spend your money on something else
Giving 2 stars only because the customer service is fine. The watch itself does not live up to what’s it’s advertised as. If you’re someone who wants a watch as a tool to wear, this is not it. I bought the Durrant and within a couple months, I’ve had 2 issues with the timing and a spring bar that broke. They advertise videos of tanks running the watch over and Jay Cal using it, but I’m scared to use it on a daily basis. When I contacted them the second time about the timing, they eluded to the point that the watch was correct when it left them so it looks to me like I’d be paying to have the watch fixed again. Your $600 watch will turn into a $1000 watch that’s unreliable in no time. I’ve had just about every major brand watch and this is by far the most unreliable watch I have ever owned. Spend the same money on a Sangin that you won’t have issues with.

Good morning,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the watch, particularly after it has already been returned to us for assessment.
When the watch was previously returned to us, our watchmakers carried out a thorough assessment and replaced the movement. Following the repair, the watch passed all of our post-repair testing and was functioning correctly and within the expected tolerance when it was returned to you.
We appreciate that you have since contacted us regarding another accuracy issue, which is why we have offered to have the watch returned to us again. We’re happy to keep it with us for a longer period this time and carry out extended testing, giving our watchmakers the opportunity to try to replicate the issue and establish what may be causing it.
During the previous assessment, our watchmaker also identified physical damage to the casing and a beat error outside the range we would normally expect. These findings are consistent with the watch having experienced an impact. We appreciate that you have told us the watch has not been dropped or banged, and we absolutely take you at your word. However, when assessing a watch, we can only base our conclusions on the readings from the movement and the physical evidence present on the watch. While we cannot say when or how the damage occurred, these were the findings recorded during the assessment and are why the movement was replaced at that time.
We understand your concerns and appreciate that you have been disappointed with your experience. We remain more than happy to have the watch returned to us and give it another thorough assessment, with the additional testing time allowing us to investigate the current accuracy issue as fully as possible.

Stirling Timepieces first time buyer
Decided to buy a new watch and this company was advertising on Facebook,it looked a good deal for the product you where getting so ordered. Buying process was simple and communication of delivery was good. When I received my delivery the packaging of the watch and other products I had ordered was amazing. Watch within a bespoke box which was inside a velvet bag. Having worn the watch for a few weeks now it feels well made and seems to be reliable.
