Amazing looking product. Despatched in the day and delivery to Aus on time (6-7d). Perfect occasion gift, presentation spot on for product.

This is my second watch I've bought from sterling. One quartz and the second is a unit watch, both are poor quality from the workmanship to the bracelet. For the quartz the second hand does not line up at all with the markers. The Upham unit watch is entirely worse for $800 you get a standard seiko movement, a misaligned date wheel, flimsy bracelet, and a power reserve that lasts about 30 hours. If you’re going to get a watch spend the extra $200 and get something better. I have $300 seikos that are better quality with the same movement. Editing to respond, none of the emails i’ve sent to your “customer support” have ever been answered i sent an email upon receipt of my quartz Burton.

I emailed ahead of time to ask a question about the watch roll I wanted to purchase. They answered right away and I bought it. Received it in the USA quickly. High quality roll and they also give to good causes. I’d do business with them again.

The Communication while ordering was great, answered any questions and threw in a decal. Arrived very fast , love the watch. I have wore it everyday for 2 weeks now, the Durant black. The only issue is I ordered the black bracelet to wear on it. I spent 1-1/2 hours trying to get it attached with the proper tools, ended up having to take it to the watch shop and they had to install it with new pins. The coating on the bracelet is kind of lacking, for 2 weeks of wear it’s rubbed off to bare metal.

The Jarvis was the GMT that I was looking for. An automatic GMT with a 60 minute or second bezel is exactly what I wanted. I order the steel version which looks great shooting or in town. A great tool watch and all around watch for my needs. The rubber strap was to short for my wrist but the nato strap had plenty of adjustments. Would be great if they sold extra steel links in case you needed them becauce I Would like to get a steel band also. Anyhow great product fast shipping, and I would recommend this automatic to any of the people i know looking for a automatic watch with lum.

I recently purchased a watch from Stirling Timepieces, and it has been one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had.

The watch arrived defective right out of the box. The crown would not properly screw down or close, which immediately raised concerns about quality control. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. The watch also does not keep time at all. A watch has one basic job—to tell time—and this one cannot even do that.

Instead of receiving a straightforward replacement for a defective product, I was faced with a frustrating return process and discussions about inspections and potential fees. As a customer who received a faulty watch from day one, I should not have to jump through hoops to prove that a brand-new product is defective.

There are countless watch brands on the market that stand behind their products and provide better quality and customer service. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

At this point, I would donate the watch, but it can’t even keep accurate time, making it essentially useless. It’s not something I would feel right passing on to someone else.

And Stirling Timepieces, there is no need to respond to this review with excuses or explanations. Instead of crafting a response, focus on quality control and stop taking people’s hard-earned money for products that don’t work as advertised.

Obviously a lovely watch. Customer service provided great comms through the entire process from order receipt through to delivery. Delivery was equally as efficient. And let’s not forget that a percentage of the sale goes back into assisting our fine military and veterans.

I only discovered this brand fairly recently through social media and decided to support it's amazing cause! Coming from a career that intertwines so heavily with what Stirling is doing, I couldn't help but support it - Plus, I was in need of a clean watch anyway!
I pre-ordered and received the new Gibson Steel model, and it hasn't disappointed! It's a good sized watch-face and has a clean, yet classic look to it. The automatic mechanism seems to be very accurate so far and hasn't had a hitch.
The straps that I received for the watch also fit perfectly - I personally prefer the more tactile fabric strap over the rubber/weaving strap, but that just boils down to preference.
Overall, if you're look for an affordable, yet classically stylish watch, this has become one of my new favourite brands and I fully intend to make a second acquirement in the future!
I love what they're supporting and believe they deserver some more awareness and presence.
