Really pleased with my bespoke velvet curtains from STITCHED. The quality of the fabric is lovely, they hang beautifully, and the service throughout was smooth and helpful. A great experience from start to finish!

I am an interior designer and worked with Stitches to have bespoke blinds made for a client. The service was very professional from beginning to end and the result exactly as expected. They offer a great range of fabrics and options, gave really good support in the choice of fabric, in the exact measurement and installation. A service proposed to trade professionals which is very appreciated, especially when done well. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Beautiful high-quality curtains and excellent customer service. They took me through several fabric options, and offered close alternatives as the one I wanted was discontinued. They also rectified a sheer fabric error immediately. The best customer service I've had in a long time, and most of all, stunning bespoke curtains.

This is the second pair of curtains I have bought from Stitched. Communication is brilliant, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and pretty immediate.
My first pair of curtains were made in velvet for a vast bay window. They are stunning.
My most recent curtain is made with relaxed linen. Both sets of curtains are beautifully made and lined, they hang very well and are packed with care.
There is always a long lead time, but as long as you factor this into your world, it’s very much worth the wait.

I had really hoped for a positive experience with Stitched and to love my new blinds, but unfortunately this was not the case. The beginning consultation was great, Hannah was very helpful and ensured I had the correct measurements. After that though, the problems began. When we first received our blinds, all three were the wrong length, 2 by some considerable amount. They were also wonky as they hadn't been cut straight, so we couldn't get them to hang correctly even with adjusting the velcro at the top. We asked for these to be remade, which they agreed to, but would not offer us any compensation. We had to send back the faulty blinds which involved waiting in all day (twice) for a courier to arrive. They would only give a very vague 9-5pm window and offered no help at all with this.
When the next set of blinds arrived they fitted better but had still been constructed very poorly. The lining is sewn on wonkily so when the light shines through them you can see this very clearly. There is also a mark on one blind and the fabric on another looks like it has been rubbed a lot and has bobbled. The horizontal sticks used to form the blinds keep sticking out at the edges of the blinds as they haven't been sewn in properly. The toggles are also always moving so we're constantly having to realign the blinds. A lot of work for something that should be easy.
We had to do a lot and send many, many emails to resolve this and we were still offered no form of compensation, instead being told that we had already had a discount on the fabric due to it being a 'special offer'. They said it was the end of the line which could perhaps explain the bobbling and marks.
I'm extremely disappointed by the quality of these blinds considering how much we spent on them. Even with the discount they were extremely expensive, so I was expecting excellent quality. We cannot afford to replace the blinds so we are stuck with them. Not good customer service, it has left me feeling pretty upset.

I couldn’t be happier with my new curtains! They’ve completely transformed my flat. I first worked with this company years ago on a small window project and was so impressed that I returned for this larger undertaking. This time, they designed and installed double curtains and Roman blinds, and the results are stunning.

Hannah and her team were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the process, offering invaluable advice and ensuring everything was executed perfectly. They were also impressively tidy in their work and responsive to all my questions—even accommodating some post-installation amendments with ease. Highly recommended!

Stitched made a pair of bay window curtains, including the track, as well as a roman blind. We were very with their support and guidance throughout. Communication was easy and their support team was always responsive. We are very happy with our new curtains and blinds. They are great quality and look beautiful.

Samples delivered quickly, very easy to order with lots of simple guidance on their website, had regular updates after placing my order, curtains were ready sooner than I expected and when I had difficulty with the delivery courier the Sitched team were so helpful. Plus my curtains are gorgeous! Was needing thermal curtains with a wool blend for a very cold victorian bedroom, found stitched has a great variety of fabrics to choose from with lots of fun colours. Perfect, thank you!

They did a very good job, from the initial measurement / ideas stage through to the fitting. Kept me informed on progress and (mainly) delivered on time. All the important priorities were concluded on time.
