Su servicio de atención al cliente dice que responderán en 24-48 horas, pero puse una reclamación el día 11 de abril y a día de hoy, 16 de abril, todavía no he recibido respuesta.
Compré la trona Steps y vino con el reposapiés roto.
No hay otras vías de contacto, solo el formulario de reclamación de su web.

Commande passée le 7 avril avec une livraison annoncée pour le 10 avril. À ce jour, je n’ai toujours rien reçu.
J’ai tenté de contacter le service client via le formulaire disponible sur le site, mais je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse.
C’est particulièrement décevant, d’autant plus que cette commande était importante en vue de l’arrivée de mon bébé.
Je souhaite un remboursement!!!!
J’attends désormais une réaction rapide de leur part. En l’état, mon expérience est très négative.
2x Schraubensets bestellt. Schrauben sind mehrere Wochen nicht gekommen, auch auf E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Irgendwann Rückmeldung, dass der Kurier die Schrauben nicht zustellen konnte. Mir wurde angeboten, dass die Schrauben neu verschickt werden können, ich habe das angenommen. Über eine Woche später immer noch keine Schrauben angekommen, Bestellung storniert. Erste und letzte Mal bei Stokke AS bestellt.

Shocking company… non-existent customer service team.
Ordered Stokke JetKids BedBox on Thursday 2nd April (Order Number 02536418). Tracking has stopped, item hasn’t arrived. DPD tracking says: Parcel No. 0512 2627 160 293 M
The parcel has now cleared customs - Track here for further updates. There is no direct contact number for Stokke on their website, nor through third part retailers. Their chat service is all AI, and you struggle to get anywhere using this. I have filled out an online contact form, which I havn’t had a response from. I’m going away on holiday on Sunday and my £169 Stokke product for holiday hasn’t come, How can a brand like this, selling premium/overpriced products operate like this.

Galère triple XL pour récupérer les colis livraison en plusieurs paquets, livré par UPS , à des dates différentes, s'en prévenir, colis déposé à différents relais loin de chez moi.

I submitted a reclamation form did not receive a response despite the website saying they would respond within 2 business days. I’ve tried calling and no one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. I have a brand new Tripp Trapp chair that is defective and I cannot safely set it up to start solids with my baby. I’m incredibly disappointed especially as a feeding therapist who recommends your highchair to all the families I work with. Now I don’t even have a functioning chair to use for my own baby and can’t get a response from Stokke's customer service. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of support.
Mijn ervaring met Stokke is erg teleurstellend. Ik heb een kinderwagen besteld, maar ontving een Tripp Trapp stoel — een duidelijke fout.
Wat vooral tegenvalt, is dat de klantenservice nauwelijks bereikbaar is. Ik heb meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen en ook een e-mail gestuurd, maar zonder resultaat.
Dit soort fouten kunnen gebeuren, maar het uitblijven van een reactie maakt het erg frustrerend. Ik verwacht dat dit snel en correct wordt opgelost.
Ik probeer nu al dagen in contact te komen sta uren in de wachtrij me mails worden niet beantwoord . Heb een verkeerd product binnen gekregen wat ik niet heb besteld maar het lukt niet om contact te leggen voor een oplossing. Heel vervelend en frustrerend .

I bought the Tripp Trapp high chair directly from their site with a 25% discount and free engraving promo. I couldn’t see where to add my daughter’s name for the chair engraving, but when I contacted customer service, they sent me a replacement part with her name, despite their policy stating you can’t after you’ve made the purchase. I thought this was so sweet! The chair itself is stylish, sturdy, and perfect for my little one to begin her weaning journey.
Ho fatto un ordì di 700€ tra passeggino e accessori. Avendo fretta di ricevere il pacco, ho optato per la consegna rapida in 48 al costo di 39€. I prodotti sono stati consegnati dopo 2 settimane!

Absolutely terrible company with even worse produ ts and customer support, bought the Tripp trapp assembled it as to the instructions and comes out wobbly, tried man times taking apart and reassembling, contacted there customer service and was told to send videos and pics of the problem which I did, 3 weeks later still heard nothing from them, message them again which opens a new service ticket with them asking for everything I already sent them, I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone ever. For the absurd amount of money you spend on there products the quality of it should be perfect not a flawed unusable piece of trash, and their customer support is even worse than the quality of the overpriced cheaply made products that they sell. Thanks for absolutely nothing Stokke

I had an issue with the wheel on my pram and asked them to send a replacement bearing.
They acted as if I was trying to scam them for a part that probably costs about 5 pence, needing all sorts of video proof that my serial number matches the receipt that I sent them.
A bit of a faff when you have a baby and you're trying to quickly resolve an issue with a pram. Ended up just using an old spare pram.
Also the expensive rain cover fell apart within a few months.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Stokke. I purchased a high chair and tray, but when the tray arrived it was defective and missing the pieces required to clip it into the chair—so it’s completely unusable.
I contacted Stokke customer service right away and have followed up multiple times over the past 2+ weeks trying to get a replacement tray, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone or get a response. For a premium baby brand at this price point, I expected much better quality control and customer support. Once I posted here I promptly received a response from stokke apologizing for the inconvenience and asking me to resubmit my request via their reclamation process, but I already did that weeks ago and have not yet heard back so this is not helpful at all. I need a functioning tray asap.
I simply want a functioning tray so I can actually use the high chair I purchased. Very frustrating experience.

Ordered a Stokke Tripp Trapp chair and newborn set but had a very frustrating experience.
DPD tracking showed the parcel as delivered, however I never received the items. After checking further, the tracking now shows that the parcel was returned to the sender even though no delivery attempt was made and I was never contacted by the courier.
I paid a significant amount of money for these items and expected a smooth delivery, but instead I’ve had to chase updates and still do not have the products.
Very disappointing experience so far and I hope the company resolves this quickly by resending the items.

We hebben nu in 5 jaar onze derde Stokke Tripp Trapp stoel gekocht.
De eerste twee voldeden aan onze verwachtingen.
De nieuwe stoel... een schande! Slecht geverfd en volledig defect aan de uiteinden van de onderdelen. We hebben het probleem correct gemeld bij Stokke met de aankoopbon, maar ze toonden absoluut geen begrip.
Slechte klantenservice, geen enkele hulp, ze hebben ons gewoon in de steek gelaten met het defecte product.
Volstrekt onprofessionele productservice.
Voor ons, zelfs als we nog meer kinderen krijgen, is dit de laatste Tripp Trapp stoel die we van Stokke kopen.

According to the estimated delivery date shown at checkout, it was supposed to arrive today, yet I received no shipping confirmation or delivery updates.
I tried contacting customer service by email, but they simply redirected me to the website. On the site, the only option available was a chatbot, which was completely unhelpful and did not resolve my issue.
I’m currently in the maternity ward and have no idea if or when the product will arrive. The lack of communication and proper customer support has been extremely frustrating.
Update: The package finally arrived three days after the delivery date shown on the website. Until the day it arrived, there was no way to know when it would actually be delivered. As mentioned in other reviews, if possible, I recommend buying from another retailer.
