Steve gave such a detailed report and was available to answer all our (many!) questions. He gave great advice and was able to put everything into layman's terms so that we could understand. He was so supportive and really helped us make an informed decision. It is a scary thing to buy a house for the first time but Steve's help made it a lot easier. We were warned off a potentially disastrous property and can't thank him enough.
