Splendid Indeed!!

Splendid Indeed!!! Everything about this journal is so cool. Automatically calculates Profits and Losses based on pips and lot sizes. Good calendar. Best performing pairs, hours and strategies can be viewed. Ability to Export data to investors using pdf. If only I could import trade logs for already traded accounts.

Simple, Great and Free!!!!

It’s a free trading journal and it’s a very good one. Better than Trade Zella, which is a paid option.
I first started using Trade Zella on somebody’s recommendation but got frustrated with a feature that I couldn’t make work so I went online and started looking for a free trading journal. I stumbled onto StonkJournal, and that was a very lucky day.
We enter trades manually, according to the trading statement on our broker account, using all the details. We can update our account balance, and it has very useful and insightful metrics. We can see the calendar with wins, losses, and washes, which are breakevens.
Easy to use and we don’t have to know a lot about computers to make the most out of it. Also, it has an option to enter notes and tags on each trade so you can write about your mindset, your mistakes and things you did right. Absolutely love it!

Mix feeling

Mix feeling. Tested it for 1-2 years. It is simple and tag feature is really good but they are problems.

1. They doesn't optimise around tag feature. It is the main positive thing and we are limited to get insights around it.

2. Developper doesn't work much. I understand this is a free journal but it has a lot of potential. It can get way better. I would prefer a premium option to get patch more frequently. Some people really live from trading they want good working tools.
