I was guided through the processes of moving house to the storage facilities at a great price, size of unit required and in a safe site.
Very professional and friendly team highly recommend this company services at Ellesmere Port Cheshire for all your storage needs.

Very friendly staff, security on site. Restroom for the customer's, very clean facility.

Every time I go to the facility, my entry code has changed. It is very annoying to have to call and spend five minutes on the phone getting a new access code. The last time I was assured that a manager was going to call me to discuss the situation, However, that has not happened.

Process was very straight forward and it made so much easier. Thank you!

The staff were all personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is on a very busy thoroughfare. West bound users may have difficulty making the left turn into the entrance. East bound you have to be in the far right lane to make the right turn. The unit I rented is inside. Though the dimensions are accurate it's smaller than I thought.

I was cleaning out my dad's house so that he could sell it. I had three weeks to complete the process. Having a place to store the things I could not get rid of was great. Set up the account on line and then went to the site and found the locker.

Looking for a temp place to put stuff while selling my house. Convenient location made it easy to find and add things as needed.
The only minus was the evidence that mice were present.

Simply a wonderful website for enabling me to view the available storage companies available in my local area within NYC. I was able to book a new storage company, since the one that I was in (Public Storage) was grossly too expensive (>$200/month for 2 units). Plus, the location that it was in was not good for me at all. But, by Fri., 8/30/24, I was able to move into a new Life storage/Extra Space Storage company with a storage unit available at an excellent price of only $23.00/month. Now I can better budget my income and not waste money in horrible overpriced company that didn't deserve my money anyway. Storage .com's website was easy to navigate and easy to find storage units available, in my local area. Thanks to Storage.com website.

Having a good experience so far. Please change operation hours online because it says gates stay open til 10pm, but gates actually close when once office close which is a inconvenience if you need to access storage after hours to retrieve belongings.

Very happy with Storage Sense. They have always provided support on site and via phone when I've needed assistance. Would not hesitate to rent another unit from them and would recommend them.
