The process online was easy. The unit and facility itself are clean and easily accessible. The staff were very helpful. The only issue is that you are not able to access the unit 24/7.

Taking the stress out of storage
The Grey Lynn office staff are very helpful and friendly and the array of services is excellent - the free truck for pack-in and pack-out is an enormous help and great to have access to a paper shredding bin. 24hour access is of course essential and the system is straightforward so adding and retrieving boxes is relatively painless (once you actually have the boxes packed!); andf it is all very xclean, secure and well lit.

Excellent 'front of house' service and…
Excellent 'front of house' service and access to the building. It is also very clean and well kept. The access to either a van or small truck is useful and appreciated. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I think it is very expensive, we are a larger unit on the 4th floor as far as it could be from the lift which makes access for the many visits we have to make very slow and there is no light directly above the unit.
