Hassle free, straight forward and concise information and guidelines. All done efficiently. We were moving house and down to the very last stage and needed storage space. We were first timers and I found staff friendly and helpful, and accomodating. The office staff were able to find storage space ‘on the spot’. We’ve had no issues with coming and going to our unit (which was clean and more spacious than we thought). It is a well operated and safe storage clfavility. Also we were invited to call an after hours centre if we had any issues. So glad to be with this team at Onehunga, thank you. I have had a great experience here and highly recommend to other customers seeking storage space.

The short amount of time it took to register a storage unit,and start moving our stuff into very efficient receptionist very impressive,very convenient location.

From the moment I rang to enquire about a unit until I moved my belongings in everyone I dealt with was absolutely amazing and super helpful. Totally recommend them to anyone out there looking to store their items.

The team was amazing, especially Sunny and the staff that was rostered on the day. It had been a stressful morning and to have staff take their time and explain what options they had and how it worked etc, made my morning forgetting about the stressful day I had and emotional one.

good service - however recurring Gate opening issue should be sorted. Manual operation leaves the facility vulnerable as the gate also requires manual shut

i ordered a smaller storage by mistake and they were able to help me with the right size i needed.

It was easy to book and organise. Super helpful staff and patient with a newbie to storage units. Very accommodating and easy to navigate.

My first communication with Maru was so informative he answered via phone all queries I had and to meet with him and shown around storage was great the different sizes and costs helped me within minutes to sign up.

My experience continues to be great. The team running Onehunga are customer focused, customer satisfaction - this is what makes their branch a cut above the rest.
