Hi All ..a thankyou very much to Storage King St Lukes.
A special BIG thanks to Mark (the Manager)for his help ...the story goes..(i am 65+)
I moved my belongings from Storage King 6months
ago-and settled into my own flat-then a family member became very ill /terminal -so i was needed to help out with 24/7care...I phoned Storage King and
Mark quickly organized a new unit for me the same size -he then had to organize a bigger one ..without blinking an eye :)
I hadnt allowed for new furniture !!

I was given a set of new packing boxes and a great deal on my locker rental-and lots of help ..this has been a very stressful time and I dont think i would have got through it as well as I have if I had gone with another company !

Quick and Efficient with helping store items of mine. The facility is immaculate and gaining access to my unit is very simple. CCTV is impressive so feel like my gear is safe on site 24/7. Thanks.

I was moving from Christchurch to Auckland and required storage for my things while I moved up.
Mark and the team went above and beyond to help sort everything required remotely.
Always friendly, accommodating and prompt communication.

Would highly recommend this branch and I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Excellent storage facility. Well priced - clean, dry and very secure. Very friendly crew as well. Nothing is a problem.

From turning up to the office to obtain a storage unit, staff were helpful, polite. A bit of time needed to set up the account, (10-15mins) but when it was sorted they were happy to come up the lift and show us the unit personally.

Loads of hand sanitiser available in the office and lots of equipment to purchase too, like boxes, tape, padlocks, wrap, right down to wardrobe boxes and Mirror/painting boxes with fragile and this way up printed on them. They've thought of everything.

Explained everything clearly about how to sign in and out, and when and why we had to do it.

Lifts were easy because it was explained how they worked with our PIN number. Close to home and glad we used them.

Four weeks later we went back and got an additional unit and there was a slight discount due to the fact we already had a unit with them. Much appreciated. Toilet on site and plenty of room to park.. Would totally recommend to anyone.
