Very straight forward to rent storage. Facilities have a stable temp and are way to access inside the building. Wendy in the office was delightful and very helpful.

Excellent company to deal with - very high standards
Excellent communication by email/ phone and in person. Lady on reception was so helpful and pleasant.
Very secure and clean set up. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit.
They were able to reserve us a second unit if we didn’t have room but luckily didn’t need this as everything went in!

I am being over charged. I feel tricked.
I wasn’t able to pay in person and then was never sent an email with a link to be able to pay and now I am being charged late fees. I left the country the day after I rented my storage space and haven’t been able to call about this discrepancy due to the time difference.

staff helpful, There was a problem with the Web site that was advertising a size that was not available, also there has been an additional two months taken from visa so have now paid for four months plus one free.
