Professional from start to end. Made the whole process less taxing.

Started off good but then as soon as the special ran out after 6 months there was a considerate price increase. They didn't stop there. Every 3 months they have increased prices in less than a year.

Shop around and don't fall for their specials as they don't give a hoot about long term paying customers.

You have great staff working there. They are so helpful and made the process super easy!

Customer service was great, range of sizes were great. Price was excellent. But I can’t understand how it can’t be accessed after 5.30. Mind boggling

Rob has been fantastic. From arranging boxes and storage to recommending a removalist, the service and attention to detail was outstanding.

I rented a clean and secure space for a month and used complimentary trolleys and lifts to move in boxes.

Condition of storage facilities were good. Only issue was the layout of location of my unit, was all the way at the back and up a set of stairs. I don't think this was supposed to be the unit I was too get out that I looked at. But everything turned out ok in the end.

I first used Storage King at St. Peter’s, NSW under Mark’s management from 2021 to 2022.Mark was patient, friendly, welcoming and professional at advising just the right space I needed. I found his service to be excellent.

Now in 2023, I’m storing at the Alexandria branch. To my delight and pleasant surprise, Mark is the manager here! Needless to say, I signed up at once.

Excellent customer service, very impressed with the team
