I was able to Hire the Truck for 18th , & Keep my Small Unit 1.5 x 1.5 for Just the TWO Weeks after the Month is up . & Paid for the Truck too . 10 out of 10 .

Very helpful and understanding of our circumstances; storing a collection from a suddenly deceased estate of a intimate family member.

Great customer service and communication from enquiry through to move in day

All with in 20 minutes of closing time

The team made setting up the storage unit and moving in extremely easy. Very kind and extremely professional.

They made everything quite easy to get a unit & their service was great. I was especially impressed that I could use there truck for the day at no charge, now that’s customer service. Something you don’t see these days.

Was pretty painless to setup - friendly staff member
But due to family tragedy 3 days after sign up - did not use, not even a lock on door - but not even an offer of part refund since it was within a week of signing up

The service and friendliness is amazing. The reason I went with Storage King Bassendean compared to other storage facilities is because of the people, from the manager calling me to the staff at the counter, I really felt comfortable.

The team at Storage King Bassendean we very friendly and helpful when it came to viewing and choosing storage size. The site and spaces are clean and easy to manage.

On my first visit to the Bassendean Centre, Conrad was very helpful in assisting me with my unit selection and showing me around the complex. The complex is kept very clean and suits my requirements well.

Unexpectedly, I also required an additional storage unit which he was able to assist me with promptly. Pretty new to Storage King and only in my second month coming up. My experience when arranging the storage unit was met with professionalism, friendly and very accommodating. Having not seen the storage units and only did so on the day that I arranged to pack my stuff I must say I was very impressed at how clean everything was and that for me is a big plus..... So far would have no hesitations to recommend Storage King Bassendean to others.
