Staff so kind and understanding made a difficult time so much easier

The staff at Storage King in Belmont were very helpful and the process for storage was very clear, safe and easy to use. The storage units were immaculate and served my purposes exactly and as far as location is concerned, it was perfect.
There was flexibility with the storage space availability and access was fine for me.
I will use them again if I move in the future.

The staff were extremely helpful, from my initial phone enquiry to the person-to-peron final handover of the storage unit.
I was also given an informative tour of the facilities and told how the processes worked. I appreciated the effort the staff went to, to ensure I understood how everything worked.
The storage facility is extremely clean and nicely presented which has given me huge confidence that my belongings are being stored safely.

I have used Storage King since 2015 and l have come to find Storage King has done me proud, l have found the Staff very helpful and their mannerism is of high Stand l would recommend Storage King to anyone that is seeking Storage l can also say that the Units are of high standard as they are very clean and the whole place inside and out is lovely and clean

Staff helpful & knowledgeable , walked me thru & showed me all areas including if I needed toilet ‘ where it was . Offered me a bottle of water on day I moved in as it was extremely hot day , bothered to check everything was ok whilst I was there .:)

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for the team at Belmont storage. Their support and guidance made the whole moving process at lot easier.

We needed storage for a short time only and our son had previously used Storage King, Belmont. From the moment I rang to enquire until the end of vacate I was very impressed with Paul, the Store Manager. He was extremely polite, friendly, helpful, and very efficient. Everything went smoothly and I will not hesitate to recommend Storage King Belmont to all our friends and family.
