Staff are friendly and very helpful. Units are clean and accessible with plenty of trolleys and love the convenience of the van.
Having pay one month get one free really helps as I am settling my Mum's estate x

Great Service
This storage king has great service but the downfall is when they email you late to inform you that your storage fees have increased from the date your current storage fee is due. It would have been nice if they inform their customers two months in advance not a week!

THEY ARE HONEST, HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL IN DEALING WITH ME AND MY MOTHER AND IT IS CHEAPER IN STORAGE KING BLACKTOWN. ANYWAY, ALL STORAGE KING LOCATORS IN NSW ARE SECOND TO NONE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
