I couldn’t recommend storage king high enough. They have gone out of there way to upgrade my units at a moments notice, due to my poor planning I ran out of room.

They even managed to locate me next to an empty unit and reserved for future use. Excellent service from the friendly staff.

Facilities are very secure, and feel assured my property is safe in their hands.

They understood the requirements and time constraints I had, were flexible and their customer service was very good by Shannon

This is the fourth time that I have used Storage King and could not be happier. I was unsure about how much room I would need and changed units a couple of times to get there. Cockburn Storage King was an absolute delight in helping me to sort things out. There eagerness to help me get it right was fantastic and I highly recommend the Branch Manager to Storage King.

I will definitely be using them again in the future should the need arise and have recommended them to my friends. Job well done!!

"Cass" and the team at Storage King made my first experience using self storage the best possible.
It was very last minute storage of a valuable item.
From Cass on the phone booking my storage unit to the front desk staff helping me sign uo, they made everything very easy and no stress.

I would absolutely recommend Storage King if you are using self storage for the first time. Such an amazing team.

The very best service I have had for some time was provided by Ruby at the Cockburn WA branch of Storage King. She was absolutely fantastic and went out of her way to be helpful on a very busy day for her. We had made enquiries at another storage facility (different brand group) the previous day and received the "duh" type of response where it was obviously too hard or inconvenient for the person to help and he suggested we come back the next day, even though we indicated that we wanted to organise our storage immediately and my credit card was in my hand ready for payment. Not only was Ruby a breath of fresh air in her service response but we also received a much better fee for the unit than we had expected. Totally happy with Storage King and would recommend to anyone.
