Security/staff/service. Security is excellent. Staff are always friendly and professional. The availability of stock is perfect.

Anne was so patient and helpful in getting everything sorted out for us to place our stuff in storage. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable.

Great communication from Anne in the office and the storage unit is easy to access, clean and well lit.

I ran Joyn Huges panel and paint shop/smash repairs shop for 15 years,75 guys and know how hard it is to manage a business,the reason I’m sharing this is my first and most important thing is presentation and cleanses,a business with no sign is no sign for business,your king storage place in Ellenbrook is where my gear is stored,my eye and detail in any business I take mental notes straight away,
From the first phone call,very prompt and extremely clear with the professional information and details exsplained ,the veiw and meet n greet at a time of 4.45 fifteen minutes before home time for Beck was delivered with smiles ,a welcoming gesture that she was aiming to do her job at the highest level and endeavor to make the time in showing me and my lady the inner / outter surrounding,touch. Pad codes and the location ,in fairness in the 15 mins her freindly happy aura and demina was well acknowledged and respected,having someone representing your business like this is a huge credit to your business,every ceo screams for the first impression as it reflects on the hole buissnance,the other two women that I’ve forgotten there names are equally amazing and earth Angel ,always happy,s o in theory!!!only women that I saw at this business is just like Charleys angels ,and the complete cleanliness inside to outside states and shows a high level of professionalism and attention to detail,I’m very happy and grateful,sincerely Phill Adamson

Easy booking, great customer service

I had exceptional customer service from Bec at Storage king Ellenbrook and I thought the prices were fair and very clean and dry units

Storage King staff made the experience effortless. Access was seamless. The access to van was very handy. The trolleys for moving from car to storage is very handy too. Space in and around storage was easy to access and spacious. They also provide packing container and locks at reception.

Amazing staff, great and safe facility

Fantastic friendly staff! Always so helpful and welcoming, if I leave a message I get a call back super quick! Great deals on storage and the trailer come in handy too when we needed one last minute!
