I'm having an ongoing battle with them…
Up until recently, I've had no problems with them however, at the moment, I'm having an ongoing battle with them about overcharging my credit card for storage fees. I'll wait until the 1st of next month to see what has happened.
They don't call back and I only get updates when I ring them.
The previous manager was brilliant in every aspect of the business.

I am very happy with Storage King at Frenchs Forest. The staff are delightful and couldn't be more helpful. The buildings and storage areas are very clean and fresh and freshly painted and access is easy.

The trusted relationship between 'Extra Care Removalists' and Storage King made the moving process incredibly easy. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They gave me confidence in handling the things I hadn't even thought about. They didn't bog me down in the details but kept me very informed. Storage King were very thorough in ensuring I understood everything which gave me peace of mind. I am also happy with the pricing for my current storage. Well done guys.

Hayden was extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process from quotation through to finally getting setup in our storage unit.
