We arrived at Storage King Helensvale on a Sunday Morning to make an enquiry.

One hour later we has secured a storage area on the site that was suitable to our needs.

The lady who assisted us was personable and professional.

Loading our belongings into our allocated storage area was made easy thanks to practical trolleys, easy lift access, large lifts, wise transit areas on the floor where our storage area is located and whilst we did not use it the availability of a free vehicle to assist with moving belongs to and from the facility was a welcome surprise and a service we will likely take advantage of when we move our belonging out of storage.

Security seems very good and the facility appears well maintained.

Prompt professional service. Clean and modern storage facility. Easy to load stock into stor room.

Really good service. Facilities very clean and easily accessed. Probably cost competitive with like outlets, but its not an inexpensive option, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Seamless service from the first enquiry email, to phone call, booking, and utilizing the storage facility. It is very convenient to be able to access an open license truck to facilitate the move, and the ease of access to my belongings once stored was hassle free.

Storage is clean, staff helpful, prices reasonable.
Maybe parking for vehicles that are not unloading could be located outside away from the main unloading area. If there are vehicles parked in the bays it is difficult for trucks to get in & unload, especially if there is 2 or more trucks as the need to use loading ramps or tailgate lifters which also require room. If there are cars parked in this area & they are not loading or unloading perhaps they could be asked to park outside, especially if they are going to be in their unit for quite some time. Also a few more trolleys would be good. Otherwise can't fault the staff or facility.
