Excellent service from the team at the Oxenford facility

All over you like a rash when chasing your business but it has been as case of over promise and under deliver. It stemmed from not properly understanding my needs so quoted at the outset a correct size but not suitable for my needs as I wanted to store a trailer. I understand that it’s luck of the drawer with the truck. What did me in was they had a one month free deal which they didn’t honour because my start date was a week after the deal ran out. That was an original factor in my decision to commit. I find the young man that has processed my initial interest attitude changed once I decided to commit and he has a bit of surly attitude. I could not bring forward my start date. Facility is great, clean and other staff consistently pleasant. Cheers

Was looking for a place to store our excess stuff and found Storage King nearby. The treatment we received when we enquired was great. We had decided on what we thought we needed and when we visited we were shown the size of area we had reuested. It matched what we needed so we organised a space and signed up then and there. The facility is clean and well organised and the security n place makes us feel even better aboput our items being stored there.
