The ladies that work at Storage King West Ipswich are friendly & helpful.

The front desk ladies were friendly and very helpful. Even though I've only used the space for less than a month one of the staff made sure my items were secured by providing a second lock which I've completely forgotten about it after they mentioned it when I was showing the storage space on the day.

signed up for a unit and less then 25 hours later called to cancel as my circumstances had changed, i was still charged 50 dollars which is a shame as clealry it did not cost them anything but yet they choose to take money simply because they could.

The staff were extremely helpful. Everything was easy to understand. Sign up only took 10 minutes. It’s an easy system to access your storage unit. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price.

I had to move quite quickly and Storage King made my life so much easier. They were accurate with the time they gave me for how long the paper work takes. They had locks there for me to buy straight away. They upgraded me to a larger size shed when I realised that the one I wanted wasn’t going to be big enough. Upon leaving and moving out of the shed, there was no paperwork or anything for me to do. I could focus on moving and not have an added stress of having to deal with paperwork or time needed to end my lease on a shed. Absolutely 100% recommend storing with these guys.

Everything is clean and very secure. Office staff are very helpful and professional.

Entrance to location needs to be made more prominent as it is easy to miss from both directions. Would like some smaller sheds.
