Great and helpful staff, easy access to our unit

Brilliant to deal with. So helpful and accommodating. Had to deal with a move from interstate in the current challenging times and Storage King made everything as easy as possible. I could not be more impressed with their customer service. Many, many thanks.

Great customer service, friendly and very helpful. I have several storage places and this one seems to be a bit expensive for what it is. I pay around the same price for another stoargae place in Brisbane which is also easy to get to from main highways and main roads etc but they include 24 hour/7 day a week access and have 24 hour cameras and secrity. For the prices charged at storage king it would be better if Storage King Miami could extend their times for entry and have more cameras installed in the storage halls and outside driveways and entrances for better security. Also, this is the only place Ive stored things where i had to pay seprate extra money for insurance..many places include it for a base cover amount, but i guess if you had very expensive things to store then this option to increase insurance at Storage King could be benificial.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. The storage facility is tidy and secure.

They’re always so friendly and accommodating of my needs whenever I have used storage king. I would always only ever use storage king for all of my storage needs and I would always recommend storage king, they’re the best at what they do.

Friendly and efficient service both on the phone and when visiting their offices.
Storage spaces are clean as are passage ways and lifts.

From the time I enquired about the facility to the choosing of the right boxes etc the staff in perticulur Coralee was so helpful and perfessinal it made my move so much easier and made it less stressful. A big thank you to the staff at storage king Miami.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and whenever I had a query, they had a solution.

Coralie was the biggest help for getting me the right storage unit and talked me through what was involved for renting the space as well as for when I was ready to vacate. Nothing was too much, even when I only had a short amount of time to organise paperwork. Would highly recommend Storage King at Miami, not just for the great storage facilities, but from the great customer service Coralie provided.

I used storage king in Cheltenham Vic before moving my furniture to Miami and I was very happy then and now due to the simplicity of the hiring process and mainly the willingness to help from the staff at both ends. So keep the good work.Should I mention that my son moved 7 month ago and had similar experience
