Storage Fee did not advise me of the administration fee over the phone.

It was only revealed when I was making my initial payment. This is deemed misleading and unethical.

We recently needed to avail ourselves of a secure and clean storage facility close to our home, which also provided the convenience of being accessible at regular times. Great service and flexible pricing per day even though the website only shows monthly blocks. The guys went above and beyond to accommodate us and at a great price. I'll use Storage King again any time I have a need.

Customer Service from the Manager was non existent, was not helpful at all. Was told if the shed is not suitable for your needs then there are plenty of other places down the road that you can use. This was after specifically requesting a shed with direct drive up access, all of this was confirmed via email.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The place smells and looks clean. You can see it's all looked after.
