I had a quotation from this company that was completely incorrect, which caused me to waste my entire afternoon. I turned down other offers based on their quote, only to find out later that it was wrong. Their lack of attention to detail and professionalism has cost me valuable time and opportunities.

If you value your time and want a reliable service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and I’ll never consider this company again.

We have been delighted at our experience with Storage King. Without experience of a self-managed lockup, we were nervous about starting out. The staff have been great, and the facility itself is clean, well-lit and very easy to use. Aaron Evans manages a great unit at St Peters!

Would have given 5 stars. Gave 4 stars because I moved in to my storage unit on 30/12/20 only to the see it advertised for 1 month free when booking in January. Not really their fault but would have liked that discount still.
Easy, friendly, know my belongings are secure and have access when I need out of office hours. Very happy I chose storage king. 5 stars

I used this facility a few years ago for about 18 months. No hesitation in coming back when the need arose again. Aaron and Nancy both made me welcome, kept the process simple and reinforced my confidence in the security and safety of the premises.
