Storage King Tingalpa were fantastic from the first phone call to finalising my time using their facility.

The manager, Bella, was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She had a way of making me feel incredibly supported at my most vulnerable time of becoming homeless with my babies.

I received EXCELLENT customer service from every staff member I encountered.

The facility was also clean and well organised, with extended access hours.

Great setup, super helpful staff and convenient location means we've used Storage King at Tingalpa twice when moving house and then when doing reno's - and both times it's been spot on.

Bella looked after us. We had no idea about storage and she explained everything perfectly.
Put our mind at rest for storing our life in a storage shed, which is what you are basically doing. She did it professionally and with insight into our situation.

staff are amazing, having to move is stressful, nowhere to move to is worse. the staff have been so helpful and understanding , even with me in tears.
