The most disgusting service I’ve ever had in my life after having my unit broken into two weeks ago main office hasn’t rung me. I lost over $30,000 in property . The company does not care about your security. They accuse me of an inside job of stealing my own stuff. Please do not go to storage king The security is disgusting. They just walked in and stole my stuff and walked out and what did storage king do? They gave me another unit and charge me for the month? After having my unit broken into the there is no security at West Gosford or any other place that they run.

Everything easy to work out management of storage facility is excellent to deal with would recommend to everyone

My experience with Michael at Storage King at West Gosford was critical to my move out of aged care living as I was living in another state at the time; therefore not able to sign or supervise the move. Michael supported and worked with me and my removal team to achieve a smooth transfer of my goods.

Storage King West Gosford has been nothing short of a dream run when it comes to finding storage, dealing with things from.another city, assistance with all aspects of getting your stuff from one place and having it all placed safely and securely in another, and it has 7-day-a-week access. Here's the kicker: the staff have been exceptional. They couldn't have been friendlier, nor more professional. They made my mega-move one less headache. Like I said, a dream run. Very happy with the team and the facility.

Vanessa at West Gosford Storage King was fantastic from the initial phone call to inspecting the available options, to securing a perfect storage unit. The whole process was smooth and efficient and zero stress, which was welcomed as packing/moving can be very stressful. At least at the end of it, everything was easeful. Great service, great value for money. A++++

Easy to set up storage unit online. Just paperwork to fill in when ready to use storage. Quick to find and 24 hour access makes it great 7 days a week.

We moved from another facility to Storage King and went to their temporary storage area (for caravans) This site was pretty decent though I had things stolen (value $5K) and heard nothing back when I reported it.....so I can only assume they don't really give a rats about their clients. Not even we'll check the CCTV or a call back.

We were promised that we would move to the main facility in about 12 months - that didn't happen. Well our temporary location became unavailable and they moved us to yet another location which is pretty much a dirt yard in the dry and muddy in parts in the wet. There is no security, the fences are falling down - but that's on the list to fix - 3 months on still on the list - and we are paying full price. Pretty disappointed in their attitude to this and they way we've been treated recently.
