Last minute I needed storage for 36m3.
I called storage King and spoke to Jamie.
He went above and beyond. He was at the storage facility till 3am helping out the Removalists. Cannot thank him enough.

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and excellent level of service provided during my application for a storage unit. The whole experience was relaxed and hassle-free, allowing me to concentrate on the use of the storage space rather than the organisation of getting it in the first instance.

Expensive. Also told by hotline operator $55 going to deposit for first month, not a starter payment

Storage king in Wodonga is very unprofessional and one would even think they knew what they were doing.

I hired a 3/4 garage for a month, I however moved my belongings out of it in two days of getting it. I had a phone call from the office asking if I had vacated the shed. I said yes I have and they said I needed to send through written confirmation that I was finished with the shed and to close the account.

I talked with my partner and we both agreed we should keep it as we may need it. I went to check the shed and put my lock back on it, on arrival my code was canceled and there was a lock already on my garage. I went to the office and they said that I was not the account holder for said shed. I showed them my e-mails confirming that it was in fact my shed for another three weeks and then I would be charged again for another month.

They confirmed they F***ed up and closed the account without written confirmation. I had the shed for 8 days total and they offered me a $63 refund (total cost was $245) even though the shed now had someone else’s belongings in it and that I was no longer able to have the shed.

Unprofessional, no help once they told me they made the mistake. Was a joke and will never go back. Some might say they were very sly in the way they did it.

Having used Storage king at Knox in Melbourne with the very helpful Tina and Haley, I had no hesitation in using the Wodonga business. I was not disappointed. Friendly staff, a clean and tidy site and a competitive price. Easy access and egress make the experience pleasant.

we were disappointer to learn after signing up that the operating hours are not 24/7 even though everything is automated and there are security cameras every where :(
Staff were lovely and the place is nice and clean, no problems there at all.

Great facility. 5 Stars if there was lighting available in the internal storage units.
