I've had this storage unit for two months now, and recently went inside my unit and everything is damp. Not just slightly damp, but to the point where I'll have to pull everything out because it'll be ruined if it's left there much longer. The lady working in the office told me to just put a bag of charcoal in the unit.. not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My children have used this storage company in the past and they loved it. Now when I needed a storage unit, Highland Hill Storage was the only place I considered. Debra is always quick to respond to any of my concerns, and is always very pleasant to deal with. In this day and age when customer service reps act like they don't care, I really appreciate it when I find someone who is courteous, no matter what. Thanks so much!

I had actually rented another storage space in a hurry but didn't feel good about it. Someone recommended Eastside Storage and I went to take a look. It was a different as night and day. I cancelled the other contract, losing a month's rent but it was worth it. Eastside is so clean, no need to worry about spiders or damp, it is actually heated to a reasonable temperature. They have flatbed carts at the door for your use which makes everything so easy. The manager is very friendly and helpful.

It was probably one of the worst times of my life and moving my belongings into this storage unit was the first time I had felt safe since gathering my things to move out.

This is my first experience using a Storage Unit and I find this one
meets my expectation of one I would want to use.
All of the help have been very friendly and helpful getting me
set up and moved in.

I just needed a storage unit for a short period of time and the girl at the front desk was more than helpful. I almost didn't have to think she made everything so easy on me. I think her name was ashley? The units were very secure and clean. I loved it. Would definitely go back again if I needed to.

your staff don't respect people

First, Storage Partners has been great. They straightened out a problem I had paying online quickly and courtiously. Seattle Vault has abysmal customer service. I phoned and spoke with Richie three times, trying to straighten out the online payment problem. He was rude, complained that he wouldn't wave the late fee even though I called within the grace period to pay by phone. I will always pay online with storage partners from now on. Also, rusty water from an overhead leaking pipe above my basement unit soiled my boxes and some furniture. They did finally give me two months discount for that problem. When I first moved in, they had given away a 5x10 unit on an upper floor that I reserved, and stuck me in the basement.

We really like this storage site. Living downtown, it is so convenient to walk over. All of the people working there are really great, too, very knowledgeable and friendly. They go the extra mile. It's nice to be able to rent a moving truck from them, also.

We recently did a cross country move from Boston and we were in need of some storage. I normally hate storages; I don't trust them, but premier storage is different: really different.

The property manager Leeeeeeeroy is awesome. He was knowledgeable, and he knew the storage units (there are ALOT of units) like he owned the place.

They give you a free truck to use; they give you awesome moving tools; everything is electronic, and the security there is like Fort Knox. The climate control units alone are nice and really clean.

But, don't let me sell you on it - just go ask Leroy yourself! The price is even remarkably great for what you are getting! Don't look further!

Great customer service. VERY nice, clean indoor storage units. The outdoor units are pretty clean, but not nearly as nice as the indoor ones. It is very well secured. Nice that there is a restroom available, though it could be cleaner. Later hours would be nice for us night people. Overall, the best place if you need that extra storage.
