Zero response whatsoever for 2 months from customer service

I have been trying to contact customer service since mid June due to a Cucurella customized shirt order being delivered at the announcement of his transfer and no matter which email or the official customer service webpage I have contacted, no response has been given for the past 2 months, which was quite frankly very disappointing as much more was expected from the official store of a football club like Chelsea.

The assistants are very helpful

The assistants are very helpful, my granddaughter loves any presents from here. Could do with a discount card for ticket holders or some sort of points card for a discount, it would be lovely to get a little money off.
