After waiting on hold on the phone for 30 minutes, the advisor refused to help. Chelsea Megastore uses promotion rules to trick customers. The website has a free UK delivery for everyone, but when I tried to use my birthday discount code, the checkout system removes the free shipping. Forcing me to choose between my "birthday gift" and a public offer that everyone else gets for free feels entirely deceptive. A birthday gift should be an extra reward, not a tool to lure customers into a trap.

Terrible experience. Avoid this place. Ordered a voucher for a family member to be delivered via email. Nothing was sent and it was impossible to get in contact despite emails and online forms. The contact number goes to an automated message saying customer services is closed !!

Their products are good and last long. The quality is top notch and reasonably affordable. No wonder they say "the sky is blue"!

I ordered a Collectors item, a book with a Signature from John Terry.
Once I received it, the cover of the book was damaged, which makes sense - because I haver never seen such a badly protected package.
They offered me the chance to, returning the book for a refund, or getting a 20% refund but couldn´t send a new one becouse it was out of stock but there would have been no difference becouse the packaging would have been poor again.
Bottom line: When you sell and send out collectors item - you simply just have to protect the package, there is no excuse.

Ordered a football shirt with my son’s name and number on the back for Christmas and they have spelt his name wrong.
Contacted customer service and was advised it takes 2 weeks to process the refund and then 2 days to get the money back. No apology or any effort to try and correct this, just basically told to order another one and then get refunded 16 days later at Christmas time. So now my son is without a gift for Christmas is that our fault? No it’s theirs but have they tried to rectify this? Also no! Also what type of a company sends out a t shirt without double check they have spelt the name correctly?! Avoid at all costs!

Never received item. Fobbed off with copy and pasted replies to my emailed. Kept promising deliver over months. Never arrived. Avoid. Scam

Bought a t shirt from the main Chelsea site asked for my daughters name and the number 24 on it. Expensive as it cost£71.50 with delivery.
When I got it one week later the nane was wrong it was one of the players names and number not my daughters number or name. I then asked for a refund or change if the product and was asked for order number. There’s no paper order number in with the shirt I have 8 different numbers none of which they told me were the type of number I needed… after asking fir their complaints department contact details they’ve gone silent.
No word for the last two and a half weeks. I now can’t get the money back as they won’t communicate with me so I’m forced to go to trading standards. I’d suggest anyone here that has similar problems with this company go the same way

When I went to the Chelsea Megastore after visiting the museum, I wanted to buy a personalized shirt. At the counter, the girl told me I couldn’t have it customized the same day, but that I could come back the next day. She even said I could pay right away and pick it up later. Since it was an expensive purchase, I decided to wait and come back the next day as she suggested.

After traveling an hour back to the store the following day, I asked for the customization, only to be told by the same girl, in a dismissive tone, that the player’s name I wanted was no longer available. When I said I wouldn’t customize the shirt anymore, she literally grabbed it out of my hands, put it under the counter, and left me standing there with nothing.

Very disappointing experience. I left without buying anything after wasting time and money to go back. Absolutely terrible service.

Alors nous essayons de pouvoir avoir le maillot demandé et il nous l’envoie et nous rembourse la livraison et nous offre le maillot non désiré.
Nous étions très content avant de savoir 1h plus tard que le maillot envoyé par erreur dois être renvoyé.
Il n’y a même pas eu de petit avantage au temps perdu à recevoir le maillot
Se site n’est pas sérieux et ne pense pas au client .

Review for Chelsea Megastore

I had the absolute worst experience shopping online with Chelsea Megastore. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. The customer service team was no help at all—they just kept asking me to “wait a couple of days” every time I reached out. No real solutions, no updates, nothing.

The delivery process was even worse. I placed my order on December 2nd, and over a month later, I still don’t have my item. It’s honestly ridiculous. I had to chase the package through three different delivery services, and it’s been nothing but stress and wasted time.

This experience has been beyond awful. I strongly urge everyone to avoid using this service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

My partner ordered a shirt for our nephew in plenty of time and it was stated it would ship within 3 days. They then changed the earliest date it would be delivered to between Christmas eve and the day after boxing day. No progress has been made on the order and we have no to time to sort an alternative. Thanks very much chelsea fc for what will be one very disappointed young man on Christmas day. 👎

I would rather give zero stars. I ordered a t shirt but my payment was declined, I tried two cards which both had sufficient funds. I then contacted Chelsea online, as you can't phone them. I also went to the shop but the item was only available online (which wasn't apparent on the website). Have tried again today, same issue. Apparently a technical fault, but the stock is going down so someone is managing to buy this item. Horrible experience.

Order received promptly, a scarf was badly produced but customer services dealt with it telling me to keep which I gave to the charity shop & they refunded the cost quickly.

Lost a star as I bought a number of items in Black Friday sale but a few days later they did Cyber Monday where two of the items were reduced further 10% & 15% respectively, hate when companies do that.

Cost $80, and said that it would come within three days, and after 15 days it's still not here. It also says it is close for the past 4 days but it still hasnt reached.

I ordered 3 items, one being a silver pendant and chain. It’s tiny and weighs nothing. I have just had to pay £6.20 to take it to Royal Mail for a return. That is daylight robbery. I won’t be buying anything else from this company!

The delivery takes far too long ordered on the 8th still being processed and estimate 19th and charged £4-95 for this

While visiting London, I was really excited to stop by the Chelsea stadium store to buy a jersey. I rushed over to get there before closing time and arrived a few minutes before the official closing. However, the security guard closed the door in front of me and wouldn’t let me in, even though there were still a few minutes left and I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Really disappointed with this experience and the lack of flexibility from the staff at the entrance.

Catering was rubbish
Plus food is all halal for no known reason
