Thomas Payne Collection RV Euro chair. Two of these chairs with maybe a 2 years of use are GARBAGE. Actually that's exactly where they are going. These chais are super uncomfortable. We purchased this RV from original owners who purchased these two chairs. The fake leather (polyhide vinyls) started flaking but because of the 1 yr. warranty the company wouldn't stand behind their product. These chairs are in a 5th wheel trailer that is used occasionally. Fabric - Pealed like a BAD Sunburn, the advertised "smooth" reclining is anthing but. For $599.99 each the quality would warrant a cost of $150 each. In looking at other reviews there are a LOT of others reporting the same problems. If I could give this chair a NO Star review I would. DON'T WASTE your money, they don't hold up and the company didn't stand behind their product. I'll be posting pictures on FB can't see where I can here.

Terrible company
Terrible company! Buyer beware! I purchased the lippert girard tankless water heater in January 2025 and come January 2026 the thing starts spewing water everywhere. I call them for a replacement but they said no because it froze. Now when I bought the unit it claimed to have built-in freeze protection. On the phone the CS person I spoke to said that doesn't mean anything. They denied my warranty claim and said they wouldn't replace it. I went to the BBB and filed a complaint against the company. They offered a free replacement but after THE BBB complaint was closed they changed their mind and said they aren't going to replace it anymore. Awful customer support and awful supervisors.

After ordering the part they took another 200 plus dollar from my account and I asked to cancel my order less the 4 hours later and go figure it was half way of being made already

Do not buy from this company. So bad. Basically stole $25 from me. Glad I didn't spend more. Tried to cancel an order I made, and turned out I didn't need. but they won't let you cancel after an hour has passed. I asked to cancel an hour and a half after placing order. They charged me $15 for shipping an item that would fit in a standard envelope for $1. Never sent an email confirmation or shipping confirmation, and didn't receive what I ordered until nearly 2 weeks later. Now in order to return I need to pay return shipping plus 20% restock fee, so not even worth it. Terrible experience, customer service doesn't care cause they know they have my money and I'm never purchasing again.

I recently started having an issue with my 6 point hydraulic system, he was awesome, came over and spent 45 minutes with me troubleshooting, I believe we resolved the problem , Bob is a super nice guy and teaches service techs needed skills. . Having recently purchasing a 2026âŠ
Having recently purchasing a 2026 travel trailer, I was surprised that I wasnât able to lower my tailgate on my F150 pickup because of the Lippert Power Tongue Jack. I called Lippert Customer Support for assistance and received no advice from them that could assist me in resolving this issue. Since this is a common problem for tailgates, itâs hard to believe they havenât redesigned their product, that rv manufacturers still use them and/or that they at least provide information on alternatives.
Poor Customer Support
I own a 2019 Jayco North Point fifth wheel that I purchased in 2020. Within 5 years the furniture started to peel and flake. I contacted Lippert about the issue after reading a couple of blogs that informed people Lippert offered a reduced price on replacement pieces. Lippert offered 20% off current in stock replacement furniture, which is the same exact material I am dealing with now. After confirming the material is exactly the material I currently have I advised the customer service representative for me to spend a huge amount of money to obtain the same worthless material expecting a different result meets the definition of insanity. Buyer of RVs and customers with the same issue, be aware of the complete lack of support from a company that produces inferior products and do not stand behind their products.

Rv repair company in tucson az ordered and installed updated ramp door. Original rated for 2500 lbs. Updated from lippert supposedly rated for 3500 lbs. My sxs weighs 2000 lbs. Ramp has had flex since first installed, Lippert stated that was normal. 2 years to date, the ramp has flexed to the point of loud pops loading and unloading. Also has a bad flex in the middle. Lippert states, it only has a one year warranty. Now we know why. $6000 in the hole. Lippert ramps are trash. DO NOT INSTALL THESE RAMPS ON YOUR TOYHAULER.
I bought two recliner chairs off ofâŠ
I bought two recliner chairs off of Amazon that were a Lippert product. They were both defective and could not be assembled. I contacted them the day that I received them and tried putting them together. They told me to send a bunch of information to them and that it was looking like it would be a warranty claim and they would have to replace them. After waiting over two weeks, I got an email from them saying that since it had been bought from Amazon and not them directly, there was no warranty. They conveniently waited until my ability to return them through. Amazon had also expired. They also lied and tried to tell me that I had not responded to their emails and when I sent them proof I had they ignored it.

Lippert Refuses to Make Right on Faulty Refrigerator
We've had an ongoing issue with a Lippert made refrigerator (Furrion Model: FCR16DCCASA-BG) in a Brinkley Z2900 RV. We got the RV several months old from a private seller and Lippert promptly invoked the "Sorry our Warranty is not Transferable" and refused to fix their faulty unit even though it's been an issue since the refrigerator was practically brand new. My wife and I have been dealing with the issue for over a year since the dealer hasn't been able to fix it.
Come on Lippert, you can do better than this!

A friend of mine bought a 2023 WildwoodâŠ
A friend of mine bought a 2023 Wildwood Rv and stayed in it about 1 year. I bought it from him and when I did, he mentioned that the Everchill refrigerator had issues but since it was under warranty it shouldn't be a problem. I called Lippert who now owns Everchill. Their warranty is only for one year and only for the original owner. But the problem I described, the freezer works but the refrigerator doesn't, was an issue they were familiar with and could easily be remedied with a new Motherboard for $$59.95. Okay, that seemed reasonable. I bought the new Motherboard and had it replaced. But nothing changed. On the high setting the refrigerator only cooled to 42 degrees and now has stopped cooling at all. While looking at other reviews here on Trustpilot I found another review with the exact same issues, "Mustafa Hepekiz Jan 5, 2024. Just be aware that if you happen to purchase an Everchill in an RV, the clock is ticking for you to receive an help in fixing this flawed product.

We had a great representative in customer service. He dealt with a claim on our rpod 171 axle which was originally denied . He listened and was able to talk to his boss and overturn that decision and sent a new axle to our dealership at no cost to us.
This is our second Newmar toy haulerâŠ
This is our second Newmar toy hauler motorhome with a Lippert ramp door. The first ramp broke through the first time my husband rode his Harley into the garage. Ha!
The second one has been leaking for years and finally showed up in rusty hinges, so the whole ramp had to be replaced. Because itâs out of warranty we had to pay the entire cost of a replacement door at ~$13,000.
The ramp door had been leaking for years, unnoticed. If weâd know we would have done something sooner.
I contacted both Lippert and Winnebago (who bought Newmar) to share my concerns. Iâve had no response.
So much for their ethos of doing the right thing and being honest.

Stear clear of their partsâŠ
Stear clear of this companies RV breaks. Purchased a set of drums, bearings and shoes and in three years they failed to adjust. Thier self adjusting breaks failed to adjust almost from day one. They actually locked up when attempting to burnish in the breaks. After seasonal summer only use they completely failed and needed to replace all of the components. Complete waste of money, time and effort. After contacting the company who throws the book at you and its pretty clear to me they are not willing to stand behind thier product and make it right. IMHO do not purchase thier substandard parts as I have had better luck even with Chinese parts than thiers.
Issues with customer service/ faulty product
Iâm sharing my experience with Lippert/Furrion regarding the FMCM15-BL microwave unit in my 2018 RV. Despite many reports of the same issues online, Lippert (the available contact information for support for this issue) was unable to provide replacement parts or recall information for my unit, which failed well before the typical 8â10 year lifespan for a microwave.
When I reached out, I provided proof of purchase, photos, and video documentation, yet Lippert kept asking for more information. After nearly a month, they finally told me there are no parts and no recallâan answer that could have been provided at the start instead of wasting so much time.
This experience raises serious concerns under consumer protection laws:
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301 et seq.): Requires manufacturers to honor warranties and provide accurate information.
State Implied Warranty of Merchantability: Products like the FMCM15-BL must be fit for ordinary use and should not fail years before expected lifespan.
FTC Consumer Protection Laws: Repeated delays and withholding information can be unfair or deceptive.
Given that the FMCM15-BL and its successor modelsâbuilt on the same designâare still being sold, I strongly encourage anyone considering an RV with these units to research carefully. My experience suggests that there is no meaningful support for early failures and no transparency around well-documented product issues.
I hope sharing this helps other RV owners avoid the same frustration and prompts Lippert/Furrion to improve its support and communication practices.

We had an issue with our Smart Jack that was 7 years old. I called Lippert and they are sending me a brand new unit free of charge!
Poor waranty on Lippert slide out motors
We bought a second-hand motor home with a Lippert slide out system. The vehicle was less than three years old with 21K on the clock
The fist motor failed about one hour after we picked up the vehicle, The gear box bottom screws broke and stuffed the gear box, given that this was a used vehicle we accepted the problem and bought a new motor and installed it.
We could not use the MH during this time. The other motor failed about a week later same problem. We bought another motor and installed it. Then the first motor we had bought failed before we even left. The manufacturer told us there is a one-year warranty on the motor, but this is only valid if the motor was installed by one their technicians, this is fine if you live in a city, but we live in the bush. We have just bought two new motors at $500 each and have been quoted $1000 to have them installed (it takes about one hour per each side) I am not happy with the service from AVAN in Melbourne who sold us the motor or the warranty by Lippert. There are not many alternatives, but I thought I would just warn you
