the shop neglects European fans and doesn’t sell the hades tour merch outside the us, even tho they almost cancelled the whole European tour. I’ve contacted them about it a few days ago and they ignor... もっと見る

Ordered over two months ago. NEVER got ANY shipping information. Sent several contact us forms about it, and was only told that they'd "make a note" to make my order a "priority." Yeah, bullshit. Abso... もっと見る

Been over a month and no package...
Been over a month and no package! Spent well over a hundred. Customer service doesn’t even know what’s going on and can’t give you proper answers but offer a refund. I don’t want my money back I want my items!

Awful company to deal with
1. Their terms & conditions state if using a credit card "You will only be charged once your order ships", I was charged as soon as the order was made.
2. Now 7 weeks later my order still hasn't shipped!!!!
3. When I emailed them to query why the order was taking so long to ship I was told there was a warehouse move happening (taking 7 weeks????) and the order would ship at some point but they couldn't tell me when. Also don't bother contacting them again are there would be no further updates.
