Si je pouvais mettre zéro je le ferais.
J'ai passé une commande pour un dlc, tout c'est bien passé, j'ai joué avec et quelle surprise une semaine plus tard impossible de jouer avec le dlc!
Après plusieurs contact avec le "service client" on me répond que mon paiement a échoué et que je dois contacter mais banque...qui ne sais rien faire car le paiement a bien été validé et est bien arrivé sur leur compte.
J'ai recontacté le service client qui ne veut rien savoir même avec preuve à l'appui.
Bref c'est de l'arnaque...fuyez!

Ich habe mich bei Origin mit einer E-mail Adresse registriert die später dann gehackt wurde. Aufgrund dessen musste ich diese Adresse löschen. Leider ist es nicht möglich die E-mail Adresse meines Accounts ändern zu lassen, wenn man keine Kreditkarteninformationen angegeben hat. Nun kann ich meine zwei Spiele nicht mehr spielen, welche ich physisch in einem Geschäft erworben habe.

Il faut le mettre à jour sans arrêt et ces mises à jour durent des heures... Tu veux jouer, impossible !! Et le pire c'est que pendant les mises à jour il y a ce petit commentaire " nos mises à jour sont très, très rapides...." Du foutage de gu*ule!!! N'achetez surtout pas sur ces plateformes c'est une honte!!!!

i don't know.. even ea is scammer but i don't know why i'm still buying ea game.. this company is really scam.. after a few month your can't play.. ea really scam.. avoid this company..

Man kann sich in der App bei keinem bestehenden Konto mehr anmelden. Obwohl ich mein Passwort mehrfach eingegeben habe und es zurückgesetzt und reinkopiert habe, kommt immer noch eine Fehlermeldung.
Daraufhin dachte ich mir, okay, dann erstelle ich einen neuen Account vielleicht geht es ja dann, ja von wegen. Man kann nicht mal seine E-Mail Adresse in dem Feld zur Registration eingeben.
Bitte beheben sie das Problem schnellstmöglich!!

Origin truly is some of the worst software ever forced upon millions of users. A buggy, uncontrolled, poorly regulated mess.

Dopo anni( sto parlando dal lontano lancio di battlefield 3) che ci hanno imposto sto programma, posso dire che definirlo una cosa immonda è dire poco!!! Volevano mettersi in competizione con steam ma siamo lontani anni luce. Ora con la loro nuova versione ( Ea app) siamo ad una opera tragicocomica!!
Da giorni non si connette all' account e dopo mille e più tentativi non ci sono versi di farlo andare e non posso giocare!!! Poi non parliamo dell' assistenza pessima. Giusto resto con loro perchè sono un gran patito delle serie Battlefield, altrimenti scapperei via a gambe elevate.
Consiglio finale..... STATE ALLA LARGA.

Gekaufte Inhalte können nicht gespielt werden. DLC gekauft, installiert, aktiviert, wird aber im Launcher fürs Spiel nicht angezeigt und ist nicht spielbar. EA-Support sehr hilfreich mit Antwort "kann nicht behoben werden" danke fürs Gespräch

Origin wurde von den größten Hartz 4 Empfängern entwickeln und ist das die unterste Schicht sogar unter Batlle.net. Absolute Frechheit.

have been trying to get the same game fixed for years all they say is attack a file for error i tell them there is no error it just doesnt load it doesnt do anything when i click play game and never get a response i just wanna play the game i paid for ea sucks

Worst than epic games
when starting up my computer it automatically opens which is annoying as hell. Another reason why origin sucks is because it always prevents your pc from shutting down. I cannot fix this issue.

I have been using the origin client for years, not by choice but hey. I signed up with my universitiy's email account. Unfortunately the university shut down the entire domain at some point and I didn't realise this until I was asked for a verification code years later by Origin for the first time.

I was locked out from the account, but ok I thought I'll verify my identity and called their support. They verified me as the owner of the account but then said that for technical reasons, they can not change my login email address.
I asked why, but they couldn't tell me.
I asked if they are not sure if I am the owner of the account and they said that I had passed the verification.
I asked what I can do now to get access to the game that I had just purchased, they had no answer.
I asked if they can refer me to someone that can help, they said they couldn't.
I asked if there is a way to talk to a manager or complain, but there is no such thing.

So here we are. I am locked out from using my games, but I can still go on the origin website and buy more games, or link more games through other stores but I won't be able to play them.
How is this legal?

Comment peut-on créer une plateforme qui nous oblige tous les jours à changer de mot de passe ? Si au moins elle était efficace, ce qui est loin d'être le cas.

Ich hatte auf zwei Accounts Fussball Manager 14 (keine Produkt keys von Drittanbietern, wie G2A oder so). Diese wurden beide mittlerweile gelöscht aus der Spiele Bibliothek. Filter habe ich schon alle rausgenommen. Kundensupport verweigert Zugriff und ist so hilfsbereit, wie ein Sack Kartoffeln. Im Gegenteil der Kundenservice behauptet sogar, dass es das Spiel auf der Plattform gar nicht gibt?!

Meiner Meinung nach eine Angelegenheit für den Verbraucherschutz.
