Free gift that can't be used. Pointless.
Placed an order which arrived with a free gift, a room diffuser. Sounds good? No, the top for the diffuser was missing after emailing back and forth they eventually agreed that the bottle cover was missing. Can't send a replacement as they are now out of stock. Sending gifts that you can't use isn't acceptable.

Absolutely awful. Do not use!!! Placed an order on 18/11. Order chased and they claimed it was late to despatch due to Royal Mail. Not sure how itâs RMâs fault they are slow to despatch?!?! Then claimed it was due to Black Friday⊠even though I ordered well before BF. Finally âclaimedâ theyâve despatched the order 28/11 (10 days later!!!!!) but seems like utter lies. No update at all from them or Royal Mail since then. They are again claiming itâs Royal Mails fault but I donât believe theyâve even sent it as Royal Mail website says âwaiting for item to be despatched from senderâ. I echo the below review, their customer service is awful. They didnât even ask for my details just went off in to a text book made up excuse. I donât see how they can operate when they are illegally taking your money and not sending the goods?! Formally raising a complaint and raising a fraud case with my bank. Utterly appalling!!!!

Worst customer service will never shop here again. They have delayed my order it has been 9 working days and should be delivered max 7 working days. No update on the tracking since 4 days. I requested a refund and was told by becky i cant have one and said it wasnt against the law to not deliver within agreed timescales. Becky has the most disgusting attitude towards customer service extremely rude. I could hear lots of noise though the phone like she was doing something with her headset or phone reciever while i was talking. I have made a formal complaint will see how far i will have to take this to get my money back.

Donât buy from then. If you want to return anything they are super slow to respond and make your life difficult, plus postage will be your own responsibility. Iâm trying to return straighteners that are not in perfect condition, they tell me to contact GHD directly even though Iâm within my 14 days cooling off period. No phone number to call either, I managed to speak with someone from a different department who was helpful but wanted nothing to do with this, just a nightmare.

Bought a pair of GHD straighteners for my daughter for Christmas. Three days after Christmas they stopped working. We approached T&G about returning only to be told they donât accept returns and we have to deal direct with the manufacturer! What sort of service is that! Donât ever use them.

Iâve used Tony & Guy in about 5 areas in London over the years and a few times outside of London. I donât think the prices are expensive relative to the 5 star service and skill / quality of what they give; a modern great haircut that, even if I leave it a bit too long between cuts will still look good. I felt compelled to write a review seeing some bad ones. I have seen some awkward customers, know people find it expensive, but itâs well worth it. Iâd rather skip a few regular cuts and go here that go somewhere cheaper and have a cut that may look okay for a while then after 6 weeks it looks terrible. Tony & Guy staff keep up to date with styles and are always knowledgeable about the latest techniques. If thatâs not what you want pay less go somewhere else!

Awful service. Do not use. Received incorrect products. Could only communicate with customer services via email. They basically didn't believe me as said my order had been delivered. Impossible to resolve. I WAS a regular customer but will never use again. Please DON'T be tempted by their offers. It is better to pay a little more with a reputable company.
Online order and the worst customer service
I have ordered some products online over 10 days ago until now I didn't receive anything from them and on the website saying if you ordered over £99 you will get next day delivery but unfortunately that is not true because I have ordered more than that. And when I am calling the customer service they tell me we will call you back but they never got back to me. Please don't trust them they have the worst customer service.

I brought some straighteners from the website 2 years ago, they have a 5 year guarantee with them. The straighteners stopped working they electrocuted me and the wire has come away. After ringing they said to send to them.I did send them to them and they said i had done it and wouldn't be covered under the warranty. I have seeked advise from an electrician and he said the wire come away due to wear and tear and they should send a new pair as it is not my fault. The company did not care that this item had electrocuted me. They do not reply by email and do not want to speak on the phone with you. This issue has been going on for 2 weeks and i have not been able to look presentable for work. NEVER BUY FROM THESE AGAIN.
Disappointing experience, still no products
Very disappointing experience. On the website they constantly advertise same day despatch. I know there is lockdown on at the moment but their online shop staff are still working, taking orders and the warehouse shipping the orders so not sure why my order has taken 4 days to get to the courier and now is apparently still with the courier and no tracking number? Does not sound very truthful. Please just donât take the orders if you canât deliver. I could have ordered elsewhere and had the products by now. Also, staff are very slow responding to emails and donât even answer the phone. Rather donât advertise you are still working and can fulfill orders if you actually canât!

Deceptive company with questionable customer service
A company that does not seem to value its customers, even repeat ones it would seem. Advertises promotions, takes the order, doesn't honour the promotion, then claims the promotion was discontinued months back. Not to mention, took a number of days to even action the order.
Promotion still remains on the website to dupe other customers into making orders, despite being notified. Customer service team not interested and has got progressively worse over the last year.
A sign of a good company is one that goes the extra mile when they get things wrong. This company just ignores the issues and takes customers for granted. Good luck with that business model.

Christmas hairdryer
Product ordered via Toni and Guy website. Arrived quickly but was disppointed on Christmas Day as the hairdryer ordered had 1800 watt motor but the hairdryer I received was 2000 watt (I spent ages looking for a low watt ionic dryer). Larger than expected but still quite light. Good length cable. Works well on low setting, but haven't used high heat and fan.
